Our service representative, Cody was great to work with, and was always available for any questions or concerns. The crew that came to install our new roof worked tirelessly from 7:30 AM until after dark with only a break for lunch. We would definitely recommend them!

Had cabin with problematic metal roof transition/valley area and no flashing under the eave/roof overhang resulting in years of accumulated leaves and debris causing rain water to saturate the unprotected wall under the eaves and drip down the exterior porch wall. I called Henry Brothers Roofing for help. Jason came out next morning, assessed the situation, provided quote, and had their crew on-site same day to fix this troublesome spot. They had to take off many of the existing roof panels to install flashing and properly seal all impacted areas. They ultimately had to cut out big section of existing roof panel and overlay with new metal roof and flashing to ensure proper water drainage and function. The existing metal roof needed more screws to improve function, so they went over the entire roof adding additional metal roof screws which will help prevent any wind damage (The additional screws also greatly reduced the amount of roof noise from screws popping as the roof heats/cools throughout the day). After I climbed up on roof to inspect work more closely the next morning, I was not happy with the large gap between the new piece of sheet metal and new flashing as I felt this gap created a new trouble area that would collect leaves and debris and allow wind driven rain to overflow the flashing edge up under the sheet metal edge. I texted my concerns and photos to Jason and Henry Brothers Roofing came back out adding foam closures down the entire length of the exposed edge to prevent leaf and debris accumulation (Henry Brother’s workmanship guarantee). Though I wish they were able to color match the new metal roof panel with original metal roof panel color, the new panel and transition materials at least match the metal trim color and in an area of the roof that is not too noticeable. Regardless, I couldn’t be happier with the final result that will prolong life of this metal roof and prevent further water damage to the cabin. If I ever need to replace this metal roof in the future, I’m going with Henry Brothers!

A great experience from beginning to end. Jason was very professional and delivered as quoted. He answered any and all questions. Anything we thought would be an issue wasn't. From framing to gutters the crews were very knowledgeable and informative. No money changed hands until the job was complete. We would recommend Henry Brothers for all of your roofing needs. I called Jason for an estimate and after receiving a very fair estimate, the roof was started in less than a week. It was completed in one day and the crew did a fantastic job. They removed the old metal from the existing house roof, installed OSB board on the new porch addition and blended the new porch and older roof into one solid roof. Highly recommended if you need any exterior work done.

I went to Henry Brothers Roofing website and put in a request for an estimate. Jason immediately called me and came right to my house. He gave me a great price and explained in detail what was going to be done. We set up an appointment within days. John and his crew showed up at 7AM. They covered all my bushes, deck, heat pump, and grass with tarps. John kept me updated with pictures and explained how the process was going. They completed the job in less than 5 hours. When they were done, I couldn't find one piece of trash anywhere. They did a very professional job and I would recommend Henry Brothers to everyone. Thanks again.

Amazingly positive experience with this entire team. I can’t say enough good things but since I know you won’t read the whole review, I’ll try and make it short. Their team is efficient and fast and they do great quality work. The team arrived at 7:30 AM Monday morning and had the roof torn off and replaced before it was dark that evening. Cody did an excellent job of communicating every step of the way. They gave us multiple options and were super friendly. I cannot say enough positive things about Henry Brothers roofing and if you need your roof done, you should call them first.

We just had our old roof replaced today by Henry Brothers Roofing, and we’re thoroughly satisfied with the quality job they did for us. Jason, Jon and Daniel were courteous and professional in all our interactions, and their awesome team got the entire job done in just over five hours. The price was very competitive, too, more than $1,000 cheaper than some of their competition. Our new home bonus room got very warm during the summer months. Henry Brothers recommended ridge vents so the heat could be properly vented out from my attic. Jason was able to meet me on-site at my home, take some measurements, and had a crew out the next day to install them. It was a two person crew who got straight to the job and wasted no time.Overall very pleased with the work and can notice a heat reduction in my bonus room. Henry Brothers positive reviews, responsiveness, and fair prices were the driving factors to using them.

We had an issue with the vent on our roof when we had a storm. Plus it was never installed correctly by the builder. Thanks to Henry Brothers Roofing, Inc. it's perfect now. It was a pleasure to deal with Jason who gave us a very competitive quote for our roof. i like that he gave us a choice of Good, Better, and Best grades of GAF shingles and explained the difference between the three. We chose the Better UHDZ shingle and are very pleased with the shadow look. Jon and his crew were amazing. Our roof was stripped and, for the most part, covered with new shingles in about 5 hours! They did a very thorough cleanup and even added some roof vents for bathroom exhaust that were not properly vented.

Highly recommend Henry Brothers Roofing. We had some wind damage recently and we called Henry Brothers Roofing, we worked with Cody primarily. He went above and beyond keeping in contact with us during the whole process and going out and meeting with our insurance adjuster to walk him through our roof damage. The front office staff was amazing to work with as well. The installers knocked out our roof in half a day. Left no mess. Not even a single old piece of shingle could be found. They also put a roof on my sister’s house last fall and she could only say good things about them, and they did not disappoint at all. If you need a new roof you won’t find anyone better than Henry Brothers Roofing.

Jon the project manager for my roof replace did a good job. He arrived at the agreed start time. He keep me informed curing the roof install. The roof looks good and the cleanup was good. This company responded quickly to my needs and unlike so many other companies in central Tennessee had great communication with me about scheduling and repairs. They were professional in every aspect. The finished product was flawless and I was really surprised by how clean the job site was left.I was a roofer for 20 years in my younger days and I know what a mess a tear off makes. Henry Brothers is an awesome company to work with. From the time I contacted Henry Brothers and explained the damage done by the recent winds, they showed up within 45 minutes, inspected and tarped both my house and garage. Jason met with the insurance adjuster when I was not available then scheduled the work to be done. Henry Brothers Project Manager call and let me know when the material would and the crew would be here. SO SO happy with our new roof! We were unaware that we even needed a new roof, until it leaked of course. Someone from Henry Brother’s Roofing was out within days of us calling for an estimate, and the job was scheduled less than 2 weeks later. The day arrived and they knocked it out in 8-9 hours or so. Had a leaking ceiling right over my bathroom and called Henry Brothers Roofing to see if they'd help me out. They sent Cody. He was very polite, professional, and managed to get all 6ft-something of himself up into that itty bitty crawlspace of an attic, locate the problem (a vent pipe that wasn't connected) and take care of it! Saved me the trouble of trying to get my ample self up there (I'd have likely fallen through) and saved me some $$$ in the long run. His price for doing the job was negligible considering what a plumber or some "handyman" service would have charged me. I'm very satisfied with Henry Brothers Roofing and impressed with their personnel. I haven't had a roof installed by them, but I've never heard anything negative about their work. I'd recommend them. Jason Tarver and Henry Brothers Roofing were excellent to work with.Fast response with a reasonable quote and then to react to the adjusters numbers. Work was started quickly, completed in one day and the project manager, Todd, went out of his way to make sure everything was cleaned up properly and even replaced two window screens that were accidently damaged during the install.
