I cannot say enough good things about the service and quality of tile I received from HomeCorr. The sales rep. Katherine was patient, helpful and supportive during the entire experience. I was remodeling our master bath and was quite overwhelmed with all the options. Katherine helped guide me to find tile that suited my aesthetics and my budget. She went above and beyond to make sure I was confident that my project would come out amazing. She has a fantastic eye for design and will ensure your remodel comes out perfect. I will be remodeling our guest bath later this year and I am absolutely going to work with Katherine again. HomeCorr will be my go to for any tile, flooring or carpet needs I may have in the future as well.

Kate and Katherine did a great job helping us out! I have terrible vision for remodeling and knew we needed help. They did a fantastic job 1) guiding us without taking over and making it their vision. 2) setting us up with where to go for items they don't sell, mirrors, cabinets, stone etc. While I hope wee never have to remodel a house again, I would definitely recommend them if you have no idea what you are doing like me! I dont have photos of the finished product but i will post when done!

We highly recommend this store for all your flooring/tiling needs. Even if you find a tile somewhere else, Homecorr can most likely get it and at a better price. We dealt with Morgan for both our bathroom remodels. She was extremely helpful, courteous, patient and timely with her responses. With all the calls and emails I sent, she never waviered on her demeanor. They have made us a loyal customer.

I recently worked with HomeCORR to specify flooring for a student living clubhouse project. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. They helped guide me toward a flooring that would be appropriate for high traffic areas for years to come. In the end, we decided on a WPC luxury vinyl flooring that looks like wood. The product is scratch and water resistant and looks amazing. I highly recommend HomeCORR!

Highly recommend!!! Kate and the entire staff went above and beyond in helping us with our tile shower project. We were on tight schedule and they somehow got us everything we needed by the time we needed it, which is unheard in todays world. Even came back to the warehouse to help us when we accidentally showed up after closing time. Our project was relatively small but treated us like we were doing a million dollar job. Awesome people!! Hillary and Kate were super helpful throughout our master bath renovation. I wasn’t sure what I actually wanted when I went in, but I gave Hillary an idea of what we were looking to spend and she showed me multiple options. These guys are great!!! Im a DIY kinda guy, I've built my entire home from scratch. But when it got down to home decor and matching colors, picking my flooring options and putting together my project I couldn't have done it without Hilary and everyone in the office. The customer service didn't stop there. I had questions throughout my build and every time I called they would help me. Even Zach in the warehouse helped with loading unloading as well as first hand experience with all the products we got from them. We can’t say enough good things about Home Corr! Their customer service goes above and beyond what one might expect. Exceptional is the word that comes to mind. In today’s market that says a lot. Kate, Bob and Hillary have been a saving grace on all things tile related. They solved our walk-in shower drain problem in a matter of minutes and now we have a 100% lifetime guarantee waterproof shower! And the design they came up with was beyond my expectations. They are there for us through every step of the process as we did the tile installation ourselves and each obstacle we came to, they were there to walk us through it. We redid our kitchen recently and used HomeCorr for our kitchen backsplash. Kate was very helpful in the decision making process and provided tons of advice/suggestions. This was the first remodel of any kind that my husband and I had done to a home, so everything was very new to us. We visited in order to tile a shower and backsplash. The initial service was great they helped us with the Schluter water proofing product as well as picking out the tile we liked. The problem we have started after the tile came in. I am not a professional so had no clue how to decipher what material a tile was made of. I asked what I needed to cut it with and the warehouse guy sold me what he said was the correct blade (later he told me that he had never done installs and had only taken a Schluter training class). After I had cut about half of the tile we realized that the material was not the same as what we ordered so the blade was not correct. The tile would not cut correctly with a wet saw, angle grinder, or scoring tool it all left it jagged on the edge. When we took it back to the store they told us that we had the wrong blade (which they sold us). The tile we ordered was ceramic what we got we were told was porcelain but comparing it to other porcelain and having other tile stores look at it I am not sure it was. They did agree to take the uncut pieces back minus a 10% restocking fee, but all of the cut pieces are mine even though its not what I ordered. If you decide to use this company I would pay close attention to the product you receive before you start the install. The issue was blamed on Covid and Chinese tariffs and the manufacturing being moved to another country. They say that they support DIY installs, but I was told that if I had been a professional I would have been able to identify the tile and make the correct adjustments.

Poor quality control. Fifty percent of 42 square foot order had serious black marks in the glazing. Refund was issued, but I needed to travel more than an hour to return pieces. Yet, they still charged me the $35 delivery fee to get the original tile to the warehouse. Would have been one star, but appreciated friendly and helpful staff.

One word, “WOW”... I’m extremely satisfied with the Manager of HomeCorr (Bob Atchley). I have always been a “Do It Yourselfer” and can’t stand to pay someone for something I can do. After watching several videos on how to lay hardwood in my kitchen, living room and den, off I went to the “Big Box” store. NO ONE greeted me when I entered the building, everyone knows this is normal so no big deal, right? As I was looking over the selection of products I became confused and thought this task may be too hard for me to undertake. Some questions needed to be answered for me to ensure the proper glue, nails, etc. matched a particular product. I pressed the customer service “HELP” button mounted on the end of the isle and heard over the loudspeaker “Customer Needs Assistance in Flooring, Customer Needs Assistance in Flooring”, when about three minutes had passed I heard those words again…No one came to my rescue…. Feeling confused, disheartened and overwhelmed, I departed the store.The next stop I made was to see Bob, why did I not go see Bob first? Everyone, including me, thinks the “Big Box” stores have the best buy because of purchasing in bulk. Well, come to find out I saved money on the purchase and though Bob’s coaching I saved hundreds on unused products and time. He helped me to make a very good hardwood selection along with the the additional products needed for installation.My wife and I are very happy with how the hardwood makes our home look stylish and comfortable. Thank you Bob for making this experience easy and affordable!Warren
