I would not recommend this company.They replaced a metal roof and gutters onmy back porch. It was a total mess!No flashing added; they tried to seal withspray foam; holes in the metal where screws missed the rafters. The gutters were not placed against the fascia allowing water to go between the house and gutter. I tried for 6 months to get them to fix the problems and was told repeatedly that they would be backbut they never showed up. It cost me over$3,400 to have another company fix this mess. That in addition to what I had already paid Perfect Roof. They promise a lot but do not deliver! Definitely would not use this company again. I filed a complaint with Tennessee Dept. of Commerce and Insurance who regulates contractors.

From a legal perspective do not hire this company they are under investigation for tax evasion and I represent 10 clients three homeowners six past employees that have never been paid and the homeowners contracts were never honored. By my paperwork they will not be a company very much longer and somebody's probably going to jail.

I paid 20k for my roof to get done. I called them 6 months later because I had a leak someone came out and said they fix it but 6 months later same spot leaking and now they want answer or return my calls. Bad business I’ll be reporting to bbb and file lawsuit for the repairs that I have someone else fixed of there half job

At the time, they seemed to have done a great job. The crew were really hard workers. I was told that the new roof would fix the leaks in the house, but we're still getting leaks and it's too late to do anything. No matter how many times we asked, we could not get them to give us any kind of receipt, even though they said they'd give us one numerous times.Service: Roof installation

Hands down a 12 out of 10 company! Adam and Kelly are a great team, there is no one like them in the business! I spoke with Adam and he instructed me that the distance (over an hour an a half from their home office) and wouldn’t be an issue, and that Kelly would be contacting me for scheduling the appointment. By golly if Kelly didn’t make the drive that same day to inspect my roof after talking with me on the phone, I was super impressed! He had his group of guys come by a few days later and my roof was fixed in no time. Now I don’t have to worry about the rain coming in any more. I refer them to anyone that I talk to. Could not have been better! Perfect-Roof called the same day and came to inspect our roof and give us a quote for repairs the next day. They were able to complete the repairs in less than a day AND complete my mothers roof repairs as well (we added that on as an extra job).In looking at the roof repairs, I can honestly say this is the best job I have seen so far and even better than the original roofing job we had done 20 years ago. Everything appears to be permanently leak proof and the materials used are made to last longer than the house will probably!Highly recommend this company for their quality work and fast reliable service!

This company replaced all the screws on our metal roof and re-flashed the skylight. Thorough, neat, and timely. They then re-roofed our tall and steep garage roof. From the wood up, including vents. We had several problems with a couple of leaks in our roof. Not only did they fix our roof, but also pointed out another couple of places that were GOING to become a problem, so we had them fix those as well. They did such a good job on the roof, that I also had them do some work on my barn, adding gutters and installing two large exhaust fans at either end to pull the hot air out of the top of the very steeply-pitched metal roof. They went above and beyond in their customer service and made sure that we were completely satisfied with all the work that was done. Highly recommend!

We had a leak around our chimney that our original roofer could not stop despite several attempts. We call Perfect Roof and had someone here the next day to check it out and give us a quote. The crew was there early the following day and were done by noon. I waited to review because the repair was followed by 5 weeks without rain. You need water with wind to cause some leaks. We have now had several heavy rains and for the first time in years, no leaks! Perfect Roof was responsive, punctual, stuck to their promise and our contact Kelly called us several times throughout the process to make sure we were satisified. We highly recommend this company.

I called on Thursday 07/01/21, we had a roof leak. The technician got on the phone and scheduled my appointment for Friday 07/02/21 at 5pm. I left work early to insure I was home for the technician. I had to call them at 6pm to see where they were because they hadn’t shown up or called. I was told that somehow I got skipped on the schedule, and no one could come out until Monday 07/05/21. I was upset but I understand mistakes happens. I agreed to a 2pm appointment on Monday. Again, I left work early to make sure I was home for the technician. Yet, here I am again with another no show from them. No call. Nothing. The first time I was very understanding, but to do this to me a second time, pretty upsetting.

The work crew itself was great, they were very courteous, respectful and friendly. Our representative was a little lacking though with communication. When it came to giving times/dates of installation we were given 3 different dates which caused me to have to turn down job opportunities. When the job was near completion, times were given particularly they said they'd be there first thing in the morning and didn't show up until late afternoon with no call or text to give me heads up. When I had questions about a few points of workmanship details the answers I was given were unsatisfactory. All was great during the initial installation but when the final details came about it a rushed job.

After having another roofing company tell me I had to replace my entire porch roof for a leak in one area, I called Perfect Roof. Kelly came within a day for an estimate and was clearly very knowledgeable and knew how to fix the problem without replacing the entire roof. The work was done well and on schedule, and saved a lot of money! I highly recommend.

Mr. Kelly came in checked out my problem and gave me a fair idea of what needed to happen and how we would handle it. All In the first half of the day when he sent his worker out he was able to fix the leak and have everything looking great and cleaned up very quickly. Have not had any problems since the repair. I would highly recommend them to family and friends and even a neighbor or two

I hired Perfect Roof to repair a leak in my bay window. They were cordial on the phone an came out promptly to take a look. Ultimately, they tried twice to fix the leak, failed both times, and now are not responding to me to get them to take another look. More details follow:The first attempt to repair my leak did not go well. The guy who came to fix it bragged that this was his first time doing drywall work and it showed. He took 2 days to do a 1/2 day job. When I paid Adam at Perfect Roof, he gave me a discount of a couple hundred dollars since the work was so poor. And then, the next time it rained, the leak was still there and destroyed the (poorly completed) drywall repairs. I was told he was fired.I called Adam and they came right back out to fix it again. This time, they brought their "best guy". It took them a day to completely redo the fix and we held off on the inside repairs to make sure the fix was done correctly. Sure enough, it was not. The next time it rained, the leak reappeared.I called Adam and said I wanted my money back. He told me that I had paid them to "fix the flashing" and not the leak, so the leak wasn't their problem. Adam also said they'd come back and do some testing to make sure the leak wasn't in the work they'd done... That never happened. I've called at least 3 times. One time Adam told me that he was embarrassed that they hadn't called back to schedule further testing. He personally promised he'd come a few days later to look and that he'd call ahead of time. He never called or showed. I'm out $1400, they won't come and inspect their work that supposedly comes with a "lifetime guarantee", and I'm right where I started.Oh, they'll claim they held up their side of the bargain. They'll claim the paperwork I signed says that they'll only repair the flashing on the window and not the leak. They'll claim a lifetime promise on their work. Blah, blah, blah. It's all meaningless. I've wasted $1400 for NOTHING.In short, they are terrible and you should never use them.EDIT: After I wrote this, I called Perfect Roof again to try to get them to evaluate whether the existing leak was part of their "repair" or something unrelated (i.e. a mis-daignosis). Ashley at Perfect Roof said someone would come out a few days later to take a look. Again, for the 4th time, NO ONE CALLED AND NO ONE SHOWED. This is how Perfect Roof demonstrates their Lifetime Guarantees. They try twice, then they black-ball you and keep your money! Please, save your money and time and go somewhere else!Service: Roof repair

I had a '60 Hickory cut a gash into my house. The damage was extensive. I got several estimates from some big name contractors, but all were from moderately to excessively inflated, pricewise. After contacting Perfect-Roof, they were there the very next morning, and gave me a quote that didn't "nickle and dime" me with extra charges which others use to inflate an estimate. The work these guys do is as good as it gets. No cutting corners. If you need roof work...look no further. Perfect-Roof does perfect work.

I am very pleased with the work done for me by this company. They replaced my roof and repaired water damage inside the house. We called this business because it is local, in Cookeville. Once I sent my information to have them return a call, we were bombarded with calls and texts from as far away as Georgia. We asked for information for roofing and gutters. Never got information on roofs. 10 days of harrassment from leaf guard type company. They require a 2 hour appointment/ sell meet.

I called to get a quote on a new roof on a Tuesday Morning, and Perfect-Roof was there that afternoon. Gave us a competitive quote and said they could do it Saturday. They were on time, removed the old roof repaired some wood and replaced the shingles that same day. We are very happy with the professionalism, and quality of work they performed.

DO NOT HIRE!I had a couple limbs fall off a tree back in March during the ice storms, I immediately hired a team that I thought would be able to handle the work and wouldn't leave me waiting. This is not that team! I hired them at the beginning of April to complete the roof repair and to and do a little touch up painting on a ceiling. They came out to do the initial roof repair and said they'd be back in a week or two to get the painting completed, it is now August and the painting and a piece of soffit that was supposed to be replaced are still incomplete. I have contacted both project managers, the one initially handling my repair Adam Distefano and Kelly Judd who contacted me back in July after I tried to contact Adam multiple times with no reply and finally called their home office to find out what the hold up is. Here it is a August and still no resolution, at this point I should have just thrown my money in the drain, would've accomplished the same result!Service: Roof repair for storm & wind damage
