Ronnie and his crew are awesome! Despite bad weather and supply delays, Ronnie kept in touch every step of the way. I was included in all decision-making, while needed changes or additions were fully explained to my satisfaction. And the crew! What a decent bunch of guys. Respectful, hard-working, and even a little entertaining! I couldn't have made a better choice than Square One/Gutter Helmet. Totally satisfied, and I highly recommend them!!

Ronnie Jestes Jr. and his installation crew with gutter helmet did a great job! Ronnie was easy to work with during the initial quote and communicated well before and during installation. Ronnie and his crew, did a great job putting up my gutters and installing the gutter helmet system. They call before coming and they were here when they said they would be. It was all done in a timely manner. Me an my husband love the color of the gutter ( musket brown ). I already had a gutter helmet type product on my roof but when we added an addition, I knew we needed to change the color and get a newer one. I will say that my expectations were far exceeded. This product was much better than my other one. I waited until we had a heavy rain to know it was going to work before I wrote this. I was beyond happy with my Gutter Helmet. These guys did a great job, were very professional and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them.

Square One did a great job on my roof! They were at my house early everyday and worked hard almost to sunset. They are very professional in all aspects of their work. I had multiple leaks in my roof starting a couple years after I built my house and did not understand why. No luck getting the original roofer to take care of the problem. Ronnie came out and showed me the problem. My roof was missing the counter-flashing to prevent water from going between the brick and flashing. His crew was at my house the day scheduled. They cut a groove in the brick and properly installed counter-flashing. NO MORE LEAKS! Ronnie also made a couple of custom aluminum pieces to replace wind damaged pieces on my house. Great Job! Thanks Ronnie.

In March 2017 we added a deck to the back of our home and replaced the open white gutters and rectangular downspouts with copper brown colored Gutter Helmet gutters with round downspouts. We are so glad we did. It has not only improved the appearance of our home, the Gutter Helmet gutters have entirely eliminated the need to clean the gutters. It has also prevented periodic overflow of the gutters during flooding rains which has reduced moisture in the basement. Our home is at 601 N. Ferguson Ave in Cookeville TN. Currently the Google Map street view is a 2013 photo which shows the home appearance before replacing the white gutters and downspouts. I encourage anyone contemplating replacing old gutters to drive by and compare the current appearance with the 2013 photo on Google Map.Working with Ronnie Jestes has been a pleasure. Ron takes pride in the work they do at Square One and he continues to check to be sure the Gutter Helmet system is working well. It is still working flawlessly and we are very satisfied with the professionalism, quality of work, appearance and function of the Gutter Helmet system. I have no hesitation in giving 5 stars to Ron Jestes and Square One Gutter Helmet.

Ron and his team said what they going to do, and done what they said they were going to do, and done a SUPER SUPER EXCELLENT job for us! We had a new roof put on at the same time we had new gutters and Helmets installed. Ron and the roofing fellows (from another company) worked well together to make sure everything everywhere lined up well and was covered to insure a 100% seal. Now it is like going from night to day. Meaning, that we use to have to vacuum water in our basement when it would rain for a day or so. It's been about 2 years since the roof, gutters, and Gutter Helmets were installed, and we haven't had water in our basement since then?So would I recomment Ronnie Jestes and his team, YES!!!

I can't say enough good things about Ronnie and his company Gutter Helmet of Cookeville. At the end of a remodeling job to the exterior of our house we realized we needed to update our gutters. Ronnie had worked on my in-laws house installing the Gutter Helmet system and they were extremely pleased with his work and attention to details.My mother-in-law couldn't say enough good things about Ronnie. She knows how picky I am with contractors (since I've had my share of bad experiences in the past) and how I have high expectations for the work being done. She thought I would get along with Ronnie very well based on her experience.So, I decided I should have him come take a look at our job. We were not disappointed. It's rare to find contractors with such experience AND integrity in the work they put their hands too. For instance, my wife and I couldn't decide on whether to go with bronze or white gutters; square or round downspouts. Ronnie was so helpful in making sure we felt comfortable and happy with our decision. AND, he was so patient and helpful throughout the entire process. We ended up going with the bronze color and round downspouts and they are perfect! (and exactly what Ronnie recommended as well) The entire experience was exactly what you hope for when choosing a contractor; from the very start of the job to the completion.Not to mention, their work is Impeccable. Just by talking to Ronnie for 5 minutes you can tell how much he cares about what he puts his hand too and how he always wants to do the job right. His standards for himself and his crew are high... and they live up to them.The job was perfect and his crew took the time to make sure everything worked well and was visually perfect.I really can't say enough good things about Ronnie.
