We had our windows and shutters ordered from here. We received our windows, however our shutters could not be located. When the installer arrived and let me know, I called to find out what the issue was. I was told that they were either given to someone else or had not been ordered. They said they were looking into it and had ordered replacements but they would not be here until August.I originally paid for my shutters in April, when the window order was placed, and had the install planned for July. I was told my shutters could remain with my windows until install. The windows are in and look great, but frustrated over the shutters.

They have a commercial loading dock great for pick up or semi trailer. And didn't have a problem with returns even 8 months old

These guys sold me a front door frame that was not made to the requested size specifications. Hinge cutouts that were half inch off and door frame width was wrong. I requested they replace the door frame. They instead chose to ignore my phone calls and emails, nor would they refund my payment. AVOID this company if you want to get what you paid for - or customer service at any level.

They will not accept returns on windows. They didn't tell me that when we ordered.. So make sure before ordering..

Bit of a run down building, entrance is in rear of building, staff very friendly and helpful. Not so sure on the pricing, most stuff must be ordered.
