It was a pleasure working with Jake Taylor. My neighbor sent him to my house because she had hail damage on her roof. I'm so glad Jake came and checked my roof. I now have a new roof. The installers were professional and did an excellent job. Jake even checked my sisters house which is close to mine. We appreciate the fact that he works with the insurance company to be sure we are treated fairly. Good job. I'll certainly recommend Your neighbor's Roofer to family and friends.

They were very professional thought the sales pitch and up until I signed the contract. After that it was one thing after another of promises when they would be out to replace my roof. Long story short I lost my recoverable depreciation because of the delays and had to move towards legal action to get any movement on the replacement. Jake Taylor took the lead and never left us with unanswered questions or concerns. He walked us through the entire process which required very little, if any, effort on our part. Kudos to you and your team, Jake. If you're in the market for a well done roof repair or replacement then Jake and YNR are your guys.

Con Artists and crooks, the lot of them. I hired them to replace our roof on May 22. At that time, we were told that they were about a month behind. Understood, they work outside and the rain had slowed down how quickly they work. During this time that we were waiting, we were told that they were going to reach regularly and touch base on the status of our job. Never once did I receive a call from them unless they were seeking something from us. Anytime we wanted an update, we had to call them. Every time we called, all we got were excuses and delays. We were trying to give them the benefit of the doubt because we didn't want to try and get our 50% deposit back. They finally delivered the product to our home on 9/10 and did the work on 9/11 while we were away. We had contracted them to do some interior work and it was on our work order. Called them when I got home to tell them that the job was not finished and they said it wasn't on the work order. I corrected them with the additional amount being added to my work order for the interior work. The owner, Emmett Jordan, had the nerve to call us thieves and liars because we didn't want to pay the remaining balance until the work was completed. He then proceeds to state that there is no such agreement and that if we do not pay he will put a lien on our home. We have made the additional payment but begrudgingly. Also note, they are not licensed contractors through Commerce & Insurance, means they are not bonded or insured. Check for yourself if you don't believe me. They also are not a LLC, their registration has been revoked through the Secretary of State. Also called the Putnam county clerk because they don't have a valid business license to do the work that they advertise to do. They advertise that they are located in Cookeville but could only provide a business license for Cumberland county which isn't legally correct. These individuals are crooked and shady, don't do business with them. I hope their business goes into the ground. They deserve it.

Before Wyatt came and offered to inspect our roof, we had no idea that it had been damaged by hail. Wyatt took a number of photos and showed us the nature of the damage. He then called our insurance company to initiate the claim process, and in just a few days our claim was approved. Dave, who oversaw the actual work, bent over backwards to make sure that the job was done as quickly as possible. There were no hidden or unexpected charges, and our new roof looks great. Great people to work with.

I normally don’t leave reviews one way or the other but my experience with this company was one I would not wish on any one. We had different people on our roof every day for well over a week (we were told a two day job at most). I had to tell them to stop and get off the roof at night because I knew they could not see what they were doing. When finally finished I noticed that they had cut out an eight foot section for roof vent and only placed four feet of vent on and shingled over the remaining four foot. When I asked the roofer why they would do such a thing he said they ran out of roof vent and he could not afford to pay out of his own pocket for more materials. This is also the reason the installed drip guard looked so hideous (instead of using one long piece several scrap pieces were pieced together, very unprofessional shoddy work). This roof person gave me a list of what supplies were needed to properly finish the job and I went to Lowes and spent a few hundred dollars. One of the individuals (I will not say roofers because I learned most people on my roof had no experience and quit the next day, that’s why it took over a week,) almost fell off the roof and damaged my gutters significantly. When Jake showed up for the final payment I showed him my receipt for what was needed at Lowes and told him my gutter needed to be replaced plus other areas that needed to be reinstalled by a professional roofer and at this point I had lost all faith in his company and it now was coming apparent that they lacked the expertise to complete the job. He agreed and said he would send me payment (never received) to hire another company. By the way, they say if you find more than 12 nails that they will come and pick up again. I sent Jake a picture of the five hundred plus nails (still finding them to this day) no response. This is my experience only, you may find them acceptable.

This company put on our roof this summer. We are thinking we may have a leak. We have called 3 times and no response from them to come out and check. We also asked for a guarantee when they finished and they never gave us anything.

This company is the best company I’ve ever worked with here in Crossville TNWe had them put a new roof on our large house and it only took 2 days however in the processThe 8 workers that were on the job messed up our lawn with the heavy truck and took out the bottom of our stairs on our deck BUT realized it all happened and made it right by replacing the wood stairs and put sod down on the lawnOver all very happy with the work of the roof and very nice and professional Forman named Wyatt Would Recommend them definitely
