These folks gave the best estimate out of three to replace all exterior siding, soffit, coil, gutters, an exterior door and garage attic stairs. They started as scheduled and finished in only four days. Immediately after the job was done, they brought out their project manager to do a walkthrough and he had one of the teams return immediately to touch up a minor issue. They cleaned up thoroughly and were an absolute pleasure to do business with. I not only highly recommend them, I’ll hire them myself again in the future. Thank you Turner Exteriors for restoring faith for me in contractors! Job well done.

I have been so impressed with Turner Exteriors from start to finish. They were very quick to help us with our roof repair from a recent wind storm. Several places needed to be tarped and patched until the roof could be assessed by our insurance company. Turns out we needed a whole new roof. They sent a crew out the following week and the whole roof was stripped and replaced within a day and a half. I was really impressed with the care the crew took when safeguarding our landscaping and garage doors to prevent damage. They were exceptional with the clean-up process too! I am so impressed with Turner exteriors. When the roofers came out, they were very professional. They made sure they did not leave a mess behind. They took special care to make sure the job site was clean after they finished. No nails left behind!! The roof looks great and they were done very quickly. Good communication as well. They were sure to answer all my questions and concerns. The gutter installation was also amazing! There were on the job at 8 am and we’re done in just a few hours. Turner Exteriors just finished a job for me and I'm absolutely ecstatic with the job they've done. They replaced the roof, replaced part of the soffit, and repaired the fence around my pool following a botched job by another contractor. All the work by the Turner team is top notch and the price was very fair. Turner Exterior was found on the internet using angi list and google search. They have a very slick sales guy that comes across friendly but with many personal opinions that probably you don't and won't want to hear. He will tell you how he would or could do things differently based on what he likes. He will also share with you he is a preacher. So you might wanna run. But if you decide to move forward with this company, be cautious of their ability to over promise and under deliver.we used them for roofing and gutters. Roofing project once we finally had an agreement went fairly well. But they did renig on their price and made us pay more, yet we are still waiting for the labor contract and warranty. For gutters, they lied about quality of product used, they took our product away from our house and replaced with a lesser product and they had to come out at least 4 times. The owner came out to assess they work, said he would come back and finish the job himself with his lead people, and it's been 4 weeks and he is still a no show. We paid in full based on the making promises and asking us all about collision repair because his car needed repair so he was looking for an estimate from us etc. Long story short, did not do quality work, did not finish work and did not live up to the discussed and contracted workService: Gutter repairs

Bottom Line: Great job, quality materials, professional installation, good communications, competitive price, I highly recommended them.After attempting to have our gutters reinstalled by LeafGuard of Tennessee (under contract with a down payment to take our gutters down then reinstall them after new siding), and after several months trying to get them to put them back up it was clear that unless I bought new gutters from them (close to $10K for 135 ft of gutters) they were not going to put our old gutters back up; defaulting on the contract.I contacted another installer who gave me a proposal but never returned my messages or calls except for two times (over the course of several weeks) to say they would be out the following week--they never showed; no notice, no communication.Finally went to Angie's List and found Turner Exteriors who within two weeks from contacting them we had new gutters installed--wow it's great to work with a reputable company--excellent communication, professional installation using quality materials and on time. Turner Exteriors did a great job for us!

The salesman was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. No pressure. He seemed like a very good person. Their price beat other businesses that quoted the job by about $3000.00 - $4000.00. The roofers were on time and did very good job. The roof looks great. The gutter crew was also on time and did a very good job as well. The house looks great. Our experience with Turner Exteriors was fantastic! They put in new doors for us. We had contact other people and they repeatedly didn't show up or could not work with our schedule. The guys from Turner Exteriors showed up when they said they would, did what they told us they would do, and for the price they had quoted us. Very nice people. We seem to have a lot of problems with companies not communicating with us, however, Turner Exteriors kept us updated through the whole project. They were able to start earlier than we had expected, they called to let us know if their schedule changed and they were very professional while working. Our gutters look amazing and we will be calling them again for our next project!

Turner Exteriors completely replaced all our existing gutters and downspouts and added two additional downspouts.Their price was competitive and they were very professional.In addition, they had estimated the job would take at least a day and a half to complete, but finished it in one day because heavy rain associated with a hurricane was forecast to arrive in our area on the second scheduled day. I contacted Turner's to have some work at my house within a couple days they came out to give an estimate. No problem yet guy came out looked at what needed to be done said no problem we can handle it proceeded to tell us how it had to be done great let us talk about it after a few week and couple of other estimates we decided to go with Turner's. So Turner's and ourselves sign a contract on the work that needed to be done fair price for the work that was to be done 2 weeks later get a call service will be provided Monday the 21st of September 2020 ok great .....now the bad they show up les whom I guess is one of the owners gets out looks at what needs to be done shakes his head says $3900 then tells my wife that he is going to bail and leaves not doing anything. REALLY This is how you run your business I own a business here in town an I have never and would never treat a customer like this even when I under bid the job I still did the work knowing I was going to lose a little money ... if your estimator dosen't know how to do his job hire someone that does... Goes to show a business is only as good as there word.

Have used Turner's twice this fall. First for gutter repair and then later for new roof. First company's estimate for gutter repair with a 40% discount quoted $5100. I'm old and a woman but I'm not stupid. Turner's came to look at the job, very professional, treated me with respect. Price to repair gutter in two places and seal corners - $500. They did a great job, came when expected. Had planned on roofing my shop next year but wanted estimate to give me idea of cost. Since material costs are escalating after getting Turner's estimate, I decided to go ahead and get it done. Twice had date set for work to begin but rains delayed. I was called and kept informed of tentative date for work. First sunny dry day the crew arrived early (barely took a lunch break) and finished that day. The crew is very hard working, did quality work, cleaned everything up (I haven't found 1 stray nail). I am extremely happy with everything Les, Elijah and their crew have done.
