I had a broken skylight cover and Genesis was the only company willing to even look at the issue. Tim and his team showed when he had said they would. The skylight ended up needing to be replaced. He also replaced the a second unit. I was impressed with his service so I hired him to replace the roof. The garage and storage building too. I was a little nervous about switching to a metal roof but I am very pleased with the outcome. The entire job was top notch from start to finish.

Can’t say enough good things about this company. We had a roof leak, called Tim and he was out that afternoon. Crew showed up two days later and job finished in two days. Tim Campbell Owner of Genesis Roofing and his team of young clean cut professional excel in their job skills and knowledge in the roofing business. No, smoke or vaping breaks for this professional team, they don't smoke or vape, which is another plus for this team in my book.This is the second time I have used GENESIS ROOFING, once on the house and now on the single car garage.I'm from Atlanta and prefer to be in town when i have major work done.GENESIS ROOFING, schedule me for the new metal roof around my schedule, and was able to delivery. The highly skilled technicians were able to complete the roof and do clean up within 4 hours. Recent storms thrashed our shingle roof, completely removed the ridge caps etc. I tried apps like Angi and thumbtack, if they would even respond the quotes were horrific in price! I called Genesis Roofing in Crossville TN, Tim was at our house within about an hour, had his men tarping our damaged roof within about 3 hours, and replaced our entire roof in metal for less than the others quoted for about half replacement in shingles. They were responsive, they were professional, they were beyond fair and honest! For all intensive purposes Tim seems to know what he’s doing when it comes to roofing. I really like the guy but he has one major fault. He lacks the professional courtesy to maintain appointments, be on time or communicating said delays with clients.Because of his genuine honesty we worked through more then several missed appointments and lack of communication.Supposed to had been here 5/2/21.
