We asked MSW for a bid on a deck. Their bid was high and we chose another company. Now we went to MSW to buy and have installed an awning. After going in twice and not getting a call back, I finally called got the receptionist to make us an appointment. Harry called and cancelled saying they don't sell awnings anymore and if they did it would be $7500.00. I guess they forgot to tell the office girl as she showed us the floor model and gave us brochures while she talked them up. Wow! Moral of story, if you don't do all your business with them, they don't want any of it.

They did not follow the engineering design for a boat dock. They cut corners in every way possible, using number 2 reject wood to putting in 6 support posts instead of the 36 in the design. Every correction did not follow what we agreed on and created more problems. They were unable to complete the project to match the engineering design. I received notice that they filed for bankruptcy in Chattanooga and have no known assets to pay claims so BUYER BEWARE!!!!

They take care of their customers, have excellent installers, and products at a great price. I will go no where else for any home improvement needs. They really do make home improvement easy.

The job they did at was home was performed in a professional manner at a price I felt was extremely reasonable. I recommend to anyone needing a home improvement project.
