Unfortunately my husband and I had a leak in our main bathroom about a month ago that caused damage to our flooring and walls. Unexpected home repairs can be overwhelming and stressful. Neither me nor my husband had experience with filing a homeowners insurance claim or working with contractors. To be honest, I’ve heard horrible stories about contractors so to say my anxiety was high is an understatement; however, Precision Structures was so easy to work with. Not only did Steve walk us through this process step by step, but he listened to my concerns as well. His team, Kenny and Mario, did an amazing job not only repairing our bathroom but going a step further by basically remodeling the bathroom into a room that I am so proud of. Their attention to detail and desire to please the customer is outstanding. Their professionalism and work ethic is remarkable. Precision Structures and team made this whole process from start to finish as stress free as possible. Thanks again to Steve, Kenny and Mario for their hard work, dedication and amazing workmanship. Precision Structures was hired through Clayton Mobile Homes to do our driveway and ground work for our home. The work they did for our home was exceptional, I’ll give them that. However, we have lived in our house for four months, and our driveway looks as pictured. We didn’t mind buying more gravel, that was expected. The first snow and rain we got following them doing this driveway, all of the gravel sank. Now, when we put more down, it also sinks in the places that they added dirt. It wasn’t packed, and we had a second company come out to confirm all of this. They say it’s because my husband drives a rollback, the secondary company attests that while that would have a factor in more maintenance, it should not look like this within four months and it was not done correctly to begin with. Do with this information what you will, but we will not hire them to so much as bring one piece of gravel to our property again, which was their only solution to the issue. Obviously, bringing more gravel will do nothing when the entire driveway needs redone for anything to stay on it. And we definitely wouldn’t pay them to do it

We had a storm a few days before Thanksgiving this year that snapped a 50ft tree from the bottom. The tree fell on the diagonal breaking a small portion of a fence, the top branches fell on the incoming electrical wires to the house. GPL had attached the wires onto the house, like they do with many houses. The weight of the top branches pulled the wire bolt pulling that portion of the house out of its place.I called my insurance company and they contacted Precision Structures. My farmhouse is well over 100 years old. They knew exactly what to do. I felt so comfortable and at ease with PRECISION. They did a temporary fix until we could get the estimate and check from our insurance company. Their estimate was on point.We signed the contract and they fixed my house.The correspondence back and forth between me and the company went with out a hitch. I am very pleased with the work they performed, they were very professional in a comfortable way, they really knew their workmanship. I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again. Thanks Precision.

December 24, 2020 I had a tree to fall on my cabin due to snow storm while in MS. On returning to TN. I was given Precision Structures information, I then called Brandon and set a meeting for the next morning. To keep a long story short, Brandon and his team had tree removed and replaced the metal roof. There were several people involved in process and all were extremely nice and professional, thanks Brandon , Josh and Jessica just to name a few. This is the third time I have had to use this company. Each job is a different scenario. This past time the mitigation manager was great to work with. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. There was some minor other issues due to another contractors work/product that they was able to fix for us as well. I would highly recommend this company. I hope I don’t have to use them again, but if the need arises I know who to call.

I had water damage to basement. They responded immediately when I called them. They were always prompt and professional on the job. You can take them at their word. I had significant foundation issues in a 120 year old section of my home. This involved tearing up and replacing floors, replacing walls, digging a foundation, pouring concrete supports, replacing support beams, and floor joist, plumbing and electrical work.
