To start I cant thank Joe and his family based team enough for how great our first built home turned out! I called so many builders who all basically refused to even entertain our budget/ house plans. In most of their exact words there wasn't enough profit margin for them and too tight of a budget for what we wanted. As soon as I contacted Joe without hesitation jumped right to just estimating and proving that it was possible and together we convinced the bank to bet a very tight budget and his expertise to ensure success. Together we kept in contact and he deligently balanced the project to successfully build an amazing two story house family home for a real economical cost showing their exceptional ability to build whatever would fit your needs and wants. I can't recommend Joe and Southside Builders enough to anyone I'll come across. Thank you Joe, your family and team, y'all the best!

I highly recommend Joe Richardson and Southside Builders. They're the best general contractor and construction company you'll find. No, seriously... after working as an investor over the years on dozens of new construction homes and rehabs, I've witnessed many of the ways construction projects can turn into nightmares. Over budget (waaaaay over budget), months behind schedule, subs who don't show up, shoddy work when they finally do show up, contractors who run out of money and don't pay their subs, who then slap a mechanics lien on the whole project...
