Can not say enough good things about these guys. Water quit over the weekend and first thing Monday morning they were at my house going to work. Fantastic company and fantastic guys in the trucks. They are very reasonably priced and fair. What a breath of fresh air to find a company like this who cares about their customers and treats them right. Seems like since covid nobody cares about anything. Customer service doesn't exist anymore. If you have well troubles you can count in Norman well drilling. They will be honest and fair.

Our well pump died after 25 years. They were prompt in responding and when the rain let up, had the pump and 300 ft of piping replaced in four hours. Very experienced, professional and they are local.

After Norman’s sending out a s service crew I was told the problem with my pump was a short in the winter going from breaker box to the pump. He was in a big hurry and I was charged $125 for the service call. I called an electrician he came out and checked and turns out what the service man told me was incorrect. I contacted Mr. Norman he called me back and insisted what I was saying was wrong after some back-and-forth here for me to get somebody else to do the work and hung up. How Hello unprofessional and unethical. Too bad companies like that exist you put your trust in someone and they rip you off well Mr. Norman I hope you enjoy the $125.

In search of having a well drilled in Paris, I called and left a message. When most companies that do service your area will not call back, Norman called back to not only tell me that they do not service this area but even explained why. This is a show of great customer service.

We couldn't be more thankful to Normal Well Drilling. We used another local company to put down our initial well when we decided to move full time to TN. The water from the first well was never satisfactory, but worse was the fact that the other company did not return our calls, or follow-up on the problem. Finally we gave up after months and contacted Normal Well Drilling. They also had issues with the well they out down, BUT were prompt to follow-up, and come out numerous times to try to address the issue. We ended up having to place a THIRD well, however, they were more than fair on the price knowing what we had been through, and we just can't say enough great things about this group. There are few choices for wells in this area, and that's ok because Normal Well Drilling should be your only choice. Thank you!!
