Honestly I've never like been inside or used their services. I was turning around in Their parking lot and Google maps picked it up but I've heard good things about their business so I give them 5 Stars. Hope that helps somebody..

Went and visited the showroom. Very friendly and helpful in choosing the correct product for our place. The owner came out,ONCE, then sent out the soffit guy. He did a great job, very friendly and professional. The gutter clowns came out, yes two frigging clowns showed up, installed the gutters and down spouts. Everything they did failed the first big rain we had, about 2 months after install. Called and called and no response. Got 3 estimates to repair, finally sent a letter. Got a response that they would show up. Didn't happen, but you know what did, they put a lien on the house for the unpaid balance. Why would anyone pay for a 1/2 a** job. Even the other companies that came out, could not believe how our gutters were installed. Well the long and the short of it, the court took our side in this, excused the unpaid balance, and we had the gutters fixed by a professional company. Not sure how someone so friendly when you are in their showroom, can be so unprofessional as to not even come out and look at the job.Update to original post: To the response from the owner of Erwin Aluminum $ Vinyl: First off; This is the correct company that posted a lien against my property, secondly if you would like me to post a photo of the lien, I would be most happy to accommodate you, since it has your signature on it Scott. Let me know.

I can't say enough what a great job Erwin Aluminum & Vinyl did on our sunroom. My wife and I decided it was time to enclose our screened in porch and make it a year round room by adding vinyl sliding windows. The owner of the company was in our neighborhood doing some gutter work and I noticed the sign on the truck that said they did windows and doors as well as guttering. I approached Scott and told him what we were looking for and he immediately measured the openings and sent me a quotation later that afternoon.Working with Erwin Aluminum & Vinyl was what everyone wants when dealing with a contractor. Communication with Scott and Sherry was great. Why wouldn't you want them to do your project? We told them to proceed.As soon as the carpenter arrived on the job I could see that we were in for a real treat. The craftsmanship that Randy exhibited was world class. The windows fit like a glove. Every inch of bare framework was wrapped in aluminum that fit perfectly. My wife and I were in awe as we watched the artist perform.The windows were cleaned, the aluminum wrap was wiped of any smudges. This was a world class job!Friends and neighbors have come over to admire the end result.I totally recommend working with this company. Employees turned on Rock N Roll music full volume in the company truck and left it playing until I asked them to turn it off. One employee stays on cell phone when he should be working. It took from May until December to get bay window and 4 smaller windows wrapped. They showed up with wrong color of trim coil on one occasion. They ran out of material on another occasion. Down spout was cut too short and did not go down into PVC adapter. Gap left between guttering and house. Wiring was taken loose from house and not put back properly. Trim coil on bay window was pieced together with multiple small pieces. Pulled roofing up on one area while working on guttering and wind blew roofing off. I had it put back at my own expense. The only thing they did a decent job on was the soffit. Employees are less than highly qualified. One of the worst home improvement projects I’ve ever been through. They returned to fix the items that were wrong only after talking to me in a hateful tone. The downspout was not replaced. They attached another piece to it to make it long enough. One of their 5 star ratings comes from one of their own employees. Will not use them again.

They are a good company to use if you want friendly and reliable people. They know their business and what it takes to fix , repair or replace whatever you need and they are reasonably priced . I will use them again when needed. They even tell you if there is a problem they will promptly come out to correct it , cant ask for more then that.

They do a speedy and good job, but their prices are extremely high. My husband does siding and soffit occasionally and his customers are always telling him that Erwin Aluminum's estimates were almost twice than his.
