Chad is amazing! He’s honest and absolutely no pressure whatsoever. If your roof isn’t ready for replacement, he’s honest about that as well. He’s very responsive to calls, and takes his time to explain everything about the products he uses and why he uses them. My only complaint is that Chad only does roofs, because if he did other home improvements, he’d be my guy for life! As it is, he’s my roofing guy for life! My insurance company recommended 3 different roofing companies Roof Commander was the only 1 that got back with me. I talked to Chad late Monday afternoon and he was here first thing Tuesday morning. Chad inspected my roof and found a spot where water was leaking in and patched while he was here on top of that he didn't charge for the work he did. Now we are waiting to see if my insurance approves the claim approved or not we will definitely use Chad he is a man of integrity.

Chad and his Roof Commander team were awesome! He came highly recommended from my sister-in-law because of the stellar work he'd done on her roof. From the very beginning, he was a great help to me in so many ways. After a storm took off a bunch of shingles, he came out for tarp service. He took photos of the damage so I could send them on to file my insurance claim. When I received the everything from my insurance company, he was good about walking me through and explaining the different line items to make sure i understood everything. On the day of the work, his team showed up and worked hard on a hot day to make sure they could wrap up my project that day. The new roof looks terrific, and I know that the work done was high quality. Chad inspected our roof (as he is a main pre-inspection roofer for State Farm in Franklin) no charge and answered all of my questions even though he was not going to be the chosen roofing company to replace our roof if there was not enough damage and unfortunately there was not enough damage for insurance coverage.
