At first I was hesitant seeing the few low reviews from folks on google and Facebook. I did my due diligence- asking around getting quotes from several other roofing companies from the Middle Tennessee area. (I don’t just settle on a one and done company) Metal roofs costing anywhere from 25k-18k from other companies for roughly a 40 square roof. Not only was T&L the most cost effective I believe they provided me equal to or greater workmanship than any other company in our area. They came out measured and provided me a quote FAST! After waiting for other roofing company’s to drag up a month later I decided to pull the trigger with T&L. They were ON time EVERYTIME. Great communication skills. The men were fast- quiet and respectful of our property. Metal was cut clean and esthetically appealing . Screws were put straight. They cleaned everything up better than they left it. They sent an inspector out to ensure for my own sake it was installed to code.If you’re looking for a roofing company worth their snuff- trust T&L. I guarantee you won’t be dissatisfied with your experience.

My parents used what they thought was a “reputable” company to put their new roof on in 2012. Fast forward, my mother recently had to file an insurance claim due to some major water leaks in the ceiling. (Catching water in buckets) Insurance told my mother that this roof was put on INCORRECTLY and insurance would not be able to cover a new roof. My mother had a second company come out to look at the roof and was also told it was put on incorrectly.My mother had someone from T & L Roofing to come take a look at the roof. T & L admitted most of the roof was put on wrong from the get go by their workers.My mother was told on the phone by one of the owners that it is a “bad financial time of year”. My mother has tried to compromise on resolutions with her. T & L was only offering $500 toward the cost of an entire new roof which is a total cost of approximately ~$14,700. That’s not even 4% of what their mistake is going to cost my mother out of her own pocket!The T & L Roofing’s Mission on their Facebook page reads: “To do the job using quality materials with quality workmanship. Quality lives on after the price is gone.” They say quality is a part of their mission, but this quality did not exist on my mothers roof.While I understand workmanship does expire on a roof after so many years, this was wrong from day one. It didn’t happen over years of wear and tear. This company installed this roof incorrectly. For a company to admit they did a customer wrong but not go the extra mile to make it right is not a company I would ever recommend someone to use!

This is a top of the line company. I called on a Friday, after having a leak in my roof for almost a month waiting on another roofing company to give me a bid for a new roof which they said I needed, and the next day, Saturday, Josh and Nick showed up told me I didn’t need a new roof that they could fix it. They fixed what they could that day and came back Monday morning to finish the job. Did I mention they were early both times. How refreshing to have a company that keeps it’s word, and does what they say. The price was right, and it was just what they quoted me. Josh and Nick were very friendly, and I enjoyed their company. I highly recommend this company to anyone. They did an awesome job.

I have never in my life heard of such a run around before in my life. My mother found this company online and promptly called for an estimate to repair her roof from recent storm damage. I normally would handle setting up for her in events like this, however after seeing multiple positive reviews I entrusted this company to take care of her. A call was made to the listed number and they scheduled to come out on 1/23/20 around 9 am. Around 2 pm my mother called to see why no one arrived. My mother was told that someone did come out and then gave her a quote of over $700 plus dollars. Imagine the confusion my mother went through knowing that no one came by her home. I also confirmed this by reviewing the days security camera footage. Another person called claiming to be the owner's son and then claimed that he was there by pointing out non existent things like vehicles that are not on the property. Im not exactly sure how this type of confusion benefits this company however my family WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Save yourself the headaces and confusion.

T & L Roofing was wonderful. I thought I had a problem with my roof. They came over and checked the roof and reassured me that all was OK and roof in good shape. They did not charge me to come out and look at it! I highly recommend this company. Thank-you

This is a Top-Notch Company. They do what they say, when they say they're going to do it, for the agreed price.They use first rate materials, with warranty. I was very fortunate to be able to get The T&L roofing in the timeline as I did.I can not praise them enough. I will say this, they were not my "1st pick" , my first choice" no showed " , thier excuse, it was raining. All I wanted at that appointment was for them to look at the job and give me a bid. T&L Roofing replaced our roof on our family owned business H&D Furniture and Appliance. They did a wonderful job. They also installed vinyl siding to my Mom and Dad's house on Shady Ln here in Fayetteville. Soffit, covered facial board, and coil trim all done by professional guys who love what they do. I recently had alot of roofing done at my home an i am sooo pleased with it. I had 2 storage buildings covered in metal that were leaking I had my garage redone that already had a metal roof on it but was leaking badly that someone else had done fixed now by T and L. Redone my front porch that has not been properly done an 2 windows repaired. Every time it would rain i would break nervous now I'm at peace thanks to T and L roofing they now have all my business in the future
