We had a great experience with the folks at AmeriPro Roofing in Nashville TN. After everything was finalized, everything went like clockwork. Shingles and everything needed to install a new roof were dropped one day. The next day the installers were on sight early and by the time I got home from work the roof was done including clean-up. We were very pleased with our experience with everyone involved at AmeriPro. We had a delay with our insurance company, and they were very patient with us with this as well. AmeriPro is highly recommended.

Finding any service contractor that you trust completely is a very difficult task these days. Not so with Ameripro's Glenn Baucom. I had met with a number of roofing contractors and just didn't have a secure feeling until I met with Glenn. He was direct and honest in all of our conversations regarding my need for a new roof. He is one that did what he said he would do, on the date/time that he said it would happen, which is somewhat unusual with many contractors. He was on site confirming delivery of the correct materials, he was on site during the installation, and even participated in the clean up activity. His crew was prompt and professional and very easy to work with concerning any special care of areas around the house. Glenn made sure the project finished on time, and that I received all the required documentation concerning warranties and work completion. Due to previous bad storms and a recent tornado, I thought I may have had roof damage. I called Glenn Baucom of AmeriPro Roofing. He came out to access my damage and speak with an adjuster from my insurance company. He and and the adjuster went up together to check things out. I didn't have any damage. Mr. Baucom was honest, timely, and reassuring. I appreciate his help and I will reach out in the future if I ever need to replace my roof. He'll look out for you!

Ameripro is 5 Star Service!!I cannot say enough good things about Josh and Ameripro Roofing. Josh made the process of getting a roof replacement simple and pain free 😁. Josh and the Ameripro team provided hassle free estimates and even worked with ny insurance adjuster to make sure all details were covered and no surprises. I literally only had to submit the claim and provide Ameripro with the claim number.The Ameripro Roofing team provided professional, great looking results. The work was done in fantastic time and cleanup was as if there hadn't been construction. My roof looks amazing 😍.I would (and have) recommend Ameripro to family and friends!! Ask if Josh is available, no worries if not because the entire Ameripro team that I worked with was hands down one of the best.

" I want to say a few words of how pleased My wife and I are with our new roof! The installation itself only took one day and the installers were both careful in their labor and courteous when spoken to! They were in complete control of both their operating tools and our roofing products during the entire installation process! Impressive to say the least!Our rep, Mr. Glen Baucom arrived at our residence early that morning and remained there for much of the day offering to answer any additional new questions I might have during the installation process.After the roof was done and the roofers respectfully exited the job site, Mr. Baucom soon arrived to inspect both finished roof and any possible debris that might have been accidentally left on our property. As I expected there was no debris left of any kind! Not even a bubble gum paper wrapper!More importantly our roof looked and continues to look impeccable!I would recommend this excellent company and there services to everyone as it was a pleasure doing business!!Mike and Crystal Eason

I can't say enough good things about this company. Their warranty department especially. Matt Winter came out to look at an issue we were having, on a Friday. He knew right away where/what the problem was. He had a crew here on MONDAY!! They were quick and efficient and went above and beyond, in my opinion, to make sure we were happy. I received an unsolicited call from this company today. The caller was soliciting inspections after the tornadoes that came through Middle Tennessee, stressing that even if we didn't have visible damage, we may still have wind damage. Even after I stated our home was nowhere near the path of the tornado, that we were nowhere near any high wind/hail/debris field, she still tried to force us to have this company come inspect our home. I attempted to again inform the caller that we reside well away from the storm zone, and again, the caller insisted we needed an inspection. I ended up telling the solicitor to place us on the "Do Not Call List" and asked them to please not contact us again.

Mireya and Todd were wonderful to work with. They explained everything in very easy terms in the process of what to expect and such. Todd came out when the insurance came to evaluate. He even climbed on the roof to show the adjuster the loose shingles the drone wouldn’t have caught. Very quick and easy. We were out of town when the work was done. When we came back you couldn’t even tell since there was no mess. Seeing the new shingles made the house look so much better. You guys, AmeriPro was so easy to work with. Michele Ward came to my house and showed me how I was missing a huge patch of shingles after a storm. She worked with me from how to word the call to the insurance company to the claim, texted me throughout the process, answered all of my questions, and just like that, I had a new roof well-within the 30 day mark!
