We had roof damage after a tornado in December 2023 north of Nashville, Tennessee. Fitz roofing took us through the whole process of assessing our damage, filing our claim, and having our roof installed seamlessly. The supplies were installed less than 24 hours after delivery so we avoided that hassle of having them sit in our driveway for weeks. The whole experience was easier than I could have imagined. I would not pick any other other roofing company. Seth Walters is extremely professional, available and very kind. If we ever have any additional issues in the future, they will be who I choose to go with, without a doubt.

They did an EXCELLENT JOB of removing the old roof and replacing a new one!! The person I dealt with was RYAN and he was VERY PERSONABLE and easy to work with and communicate with!! I chose Fitz Roofing for my roof replacement after reading some of the other reviews and couldn't be more impressed with these guys. They are very professional at every level from the way they present themselves to having the right equipment to do the job the right way. I'm a stickler on detail and so were they. Fitz Roofing made what I thought was going to be a nightmare, a walk in the park. I have used/dealt with contractors for a long time and 9/10 times, it’s a very frustrating process to say the least. I would recommend Fitz Roofing to anyone and everyone that is having issues with their roof. They are professional, honest, punctual, and care about making sure you are satisfied through the whole process. Was very impressed on the cleanliness of their crew the whole time, never had to worry about trash all over my yard or the neighbors yard which is one thing I was stressing about. With this last round of storms devastating our neighborhood, we were stuck at the hospital, FitzRoofing was going around tarping roofs throughout the neighborhood.
