These guys came out to our house with the force that was unbelievable they were so fast we have a huge house and in one day and a half they had removed the entire roof and redone the entire roof. They were as honest as you could possibly imagine my wife and I serve Jesus Christ as our savior, and this is a God honoring company we would use them again for any project that we had. I would absolutely recommend that if you need a roof done that you call force Roofing they stand by their word they put God first and they do excellent professional work.

Evan Woods was responsive from the very beginning and very helpful with staying on top of things with my insurance company until wewere finally able to contract the job. His on-site foreman, Zane Wallace, was very personable and kept everything running smoothly with the crew throughout the install. The crew did a great job and left everything immaculate when the job was completed. This is a reputable and trustworthy company to do business with and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

John and the full Force roofing team performed above and beyond for my recent significant roofing needs. The work required was thoroughly assessed both visually by the team by going over the entire roof physically, John thoroughly inspected in twi walk in attic spaces as well scanned the full roof with a drone. They took photos and showed me both areas of no issue and areas that were problematic so that I could see what and why they recommended the roof areas for replacement that they did. I received a quote the next day that exactly matched what had been discussed. I was communicated a start date that was to begin within a week of the assessment which was ideal for me. The team showed up timely every day and kept the property immaculate before leaving the property. They were respectful of my neighbors’ properties as well. They even blew off the sidewalks and other areas every day. The workers all were engaged and efficient and also friendly. The roof looks beautiful and best of all no more leaks. I highly recommend Force Roofing ask for John!

Not a good experience. Alex kept promising the repairs would be done but it NEVER happened. Did a couple of small jobs and never came back to complete the remaining jobs, which I had paid for in advance. FINALLY got a refund after asking they cancel their promises on the two final jobs. The refund came with no explanation of the charges, and I actually thought the advance payment was some $75 more than I received, but it isn't worth any discussion with these people. The repairs they made were satisfactory to my knowledge, just would not return to complete a job that was paid for in advance. No recommendation from me.Service: Roof repair

Evan was great to work with. Two days after I contacted FORCE, he was at my door. He answered my questions, helped me when I spoke to the insurance company, and made the process smooth and easy. This is a shell company that outsources everything (answering service and builders). I’m sure Force Roofing used to be good, but it is incredibly difficult to speak to an actual Force employee. I don’t know how they have such a high rating on here other than bribing people to take low reviews down. Answering service people are VERY nice, but don’t know anything about Force.

Very highly recommend! After calling about some storm damage, Brent came out the same day to inspect our roof and siding. He was extremely efficient and was able to get the repair done the next day. I wish all companies were as responsive, professional, and all around easy to work with. Should we have additional damage, we will hands down call Force again. Thanks, Brent and team!

A Force Roofing person came to our house and I asked if we could add a gutter to a stretch that had none and then tie it into the existing system. The answer was yes no problem we can do that, so far so good. The 3rd party contractors (I thought Force did their own work, my bad for not asking Force's bad for not disclosing) show up to do the job and ask where I want the downspout which wasn't discussed with the original Force employee and they also said they are unable to tie into the existing gutters. The contractor says I have to contact Force to discuss. I call our original Force employee and he says that's the way it has to be if that's what they say. I ask about cancelling the job due to not being as originally discussed and the response I received was less than what I would consider professional. I was told if we cancel I'll not receive a full refund and I'll be charged (estimated at $300ish)for the crew coming out even though they didn't even have the right color gutters that day so they couldn't have even done work anyway.Obviously frustration was growing as I tried to get anyone with any pull at Force roofing to call me back and discuss options. I tried calling Force multiple times and finally realized they use an answering service. I called multiple times over the following days and was told that the owner would call me. (Spoiler alert....they never called). After not being able to discuss different options with anyone with any pull, I finally decided that I didn't want to be out the charge for the crew coming out with the wrong color and told them to come back the next day. I anxiously awaited for the call that was promised from the owner to try to just cancel the job as I didn't have a good spot for a downspout and didn't want one.The owner never called, the downspout was installed to empty right by the foundation of the house, and now I have to figure out where to route the water as it isn't tied into the existing gutter system.I honestly tried to get a hold of the owner over multiple days to try to fix their errors. I was treated poorly and the job wasn't completed as originally discussed.I also had to inquire about a refund for a billed line item of gutter removal (from original plan of tying in) and that was refunded, but had I not inquired I can only speculate if they would have refunded that on their own.

Evan has come out to do pre-closing roof inspections on 2 different houses I’ve had under contract that, during the regular home inspection, were found to have damaged roofs. I had to make the tough call of letting the first house go, but I felt solid in my decision because I was able to base it on his honest, professional opinion and estimate. He’s trustworthy, quick to respond, and knowledgeable. Without him I may have ended up in a home that needed extensive, unplanned for repairs I couldn’t afford.
