Regularly, sales reps from various roofing companies knocked on my door, telling me they could work with my insurance to make it work - but Liberty wouldn’t budge. Will with Lewis Construction came by the house to inspect and offered a fair cash quote and patiently waited for me to figure out the financing. He was very understanding of my financial constraints.The crew got to work early and were done by mid-afternoon, leaving behind a sparklingly new roof and meticulously cleaned up, leaving no debris behind. My home went from neighborhood eyesore to looking well-maintained and presentable. There were no overbearing sales tactics—only transparent, honest communication and a respect for my situation.In an industry fraught with skepticism, this company proves that empathy, professionalism, and quality workmanship are still important. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking a reliable, customer-focused roofing solution.

From the initial roof inspection to the final insurance payment, the entire project was an aggravation free experience. Brent Gabele acted as a liaison between myself and Allstate setting up an adjuster appointment along with a supplemental payment to satisfy codes requirements. He also explained the process of building a roof and what was expected before, during and after the installation. The roofing team themselves worked like a well oiled machine. Heard of them from our neighbors who used them. We had them finish an unfinished room in our house. Will Cherry was our representative who helped us through and it was a professional experience from beginning to end. Will was great to work with and was clear throughout the entire experience of price, dates of service, who would be entering our house and what to expect. I had a bad water leak at my house and Lewis construction took great care of fixing the bad flashing and repairing the floor and wall that were damage.
