I reached out to Professional Roofers after we lost some shingles in a storm. They came highly recommended by a neighbor. My call was answered by Jeremy right away. I was traveling but he scheduled someone to come by the next day. These guys were very honest. They provided a full report that showed no major issues and replaced the missing shingles right away. I would highly recommend these guys the customer service and response times were off the charts! My roofer for life!

Fantastic service!  After a big storm, we noticed our ceiling upstairs had a small wet spot.  Aaron was able to get out to us the following day.  Thankfully it was a minor repair that took less than an hour.  Aaron was great and explained everything.  Will definitely call Professional Roofers again if we have any issues.  Thanks Aaron!

Professional Roofers has been a pleasure to work with. The business I work with had to take 3 bids for a roof installation (TPO to be exact). There price was 10K dollars below the next lowest bid. They were very expedient and were completed from start to finish in 4 days. That is with materials being delivered. They kept us in the loop by providing a very detailed quote and 2nd to none on the warranty. The warranty alone is worth investing and using Professional Roofers. I had access to the owner of the company at all times. He explained everything that was going to happen and if you had a question, he was more than happy to answer it for me. I needed a very small repair done on my roof as a result of a home inspection that required a licensed roofer to perform the work. I recently had an ice dam on the roof of my condo-water was leaking in through the window and under the floor boards. My property manager reported this to pro-roofers. They sent someone out the next morning. He was thorough in his assessment and came back to clear the ice and snow before it began to melt again. He was back the next day to fix the roof to prevent this occurring again. I was so relieved to not experience any more damage. Very pleased with the service.

He did an outstanding job of navigating through the insurance claim process. The material arrived when scheduled. Pro Roofers was highly recommended by two family member who had recently had their roof replaced. One is a real estate agent and had experience with roof replacements that had used Pro Roofers.I too highly recommend this local company. Everything went smoothly EXCEPT for MY insurance company which initially assessed that the roof only needed shingle replacement/repair work that was well below my deductible - under $1,000. But Pro Roofers successfully challenged the insurance company's position. This was a VERY important turning point and I give all credit to Pro Roofers.I went to their office and was shown on a big screen what my "short-list" of shingle colors would look like on MY house. Very personable people and I had contact with 4 or 5 in the process.The installation on my 2,400 square foot home with two gables, which could have spanned 2 days - was done in one day - as they were dealing with variable weather. I watched a lot of the work. The work team was organized, efficient and focused.I strongly encourage anyone to go with Professional Roofers, Inc.My experience was like dealing with friends.Key word IS "Professional"!!

Jeff and my husband work from the steps of quote to invoice. Information and explanations were on target. I was most interested in the onsite work. Planning and paperwork is important, but my interest is the "hands on" work. I was impressed with the crew knowing where they were suppose to be and what they were suppose to do. Before I arrived, the old roof had been removed and they were already on the next step. As soon as a bundle of shingles went up the hoist, they were pulled off and stacked strategically along the peak. Measuring, I saw lots of measuring. The roof was completed in one a day, looks great and now ready for many years of protection from the elements.

From the time we called them to look at our roof to helping us work with the insurance company, they providing excellent customer service and follow up. Brian, Jeremy, Erik all were very professional and attentive to our needs. When it came time for the actual roof replacement, the crew completed it in two days and did a great job!
