I am Facility Manager at First Baptist Church, Columbia Tennessee. QE Roofing recently completed removing all our shingled roofing and replaced it with standing seam metal. They were safety conscious and would stand down during drop off and pick up at our weekday school. They worked around our schedule over Thanksgiving and Christmas season and still completed the job on time. Austin kept us updated on all aspects of the job from start to finish. Austin inspected our roof, and provided a thorough analysis of the condition of the roof and why it had failed before the expected lifespan. I appreciate the time he spent with me and my wife detailing all of the options. Austin provided us with two different full replacement options, and a spot repair option. We chose to do the spot repairs and his crew were friendly, professional, and did quality work that will give us another couple of years out of our roof. Contacted QE Roofing regarding a roof leak based on reading several positive reviews. Austin responded quickly and inspected my roof. Detailed photos were taken and discussed with homeowner identifying the source of the leak. The leak was promptly repaired along with some other issues found during the inspection. Photos on the completed work were shared with the homeowner. Austin was professional, knowledgeable, and most of all trustworthy. Cost of repair was reasonable and I will use this company for any future roofing needs.

This review is in regard to the encounter I had with the professional driving the completely wrapped pick-up truck with the company’s name and phone number this morning on I-65. I truly believe that if you are a part of a company/organization and are going to display that representation you should uphold a standard no matter the circumstance. The driver of the vehicle with license plate '034 H1 36' decided that it was too much of a task for him to sit behind a semi-truck while coming off the on ramp and merged from the on ramp to the far left lane instead of waiting the extra 6-8 seconds to allow myself and the other car behind me to pass causing me to abruptly slam on my brakes going from 75-55 in the blink of an eye. There was no acknowledgment of his action despite me honking my horn and flashing my high beams as I saw him coming over. He simply sped off because whatever he was getting to was far more important than the lives of others on the road. Huge thumbs down on your driving and even more so for how you represented yourself and QE Roofing this morning.

QE Roofing did a timely, high-quality job repairing my roof from storm damage. They are very professional and excel at communication. However, their expertise goes beyond simply doing a good job. They explain frankly and honestly the tradeoffs between different types of repairs. There is no pressure whatsoever to do work that would make them more money. I would hire them for everything if they did other work besides roofing. They handle billing online (if you want that) and don't require you mail them a check or pay in advance.
