We chose Q.E. after talking with several roof repair companies. They did a wonderful repairing the roof after it was damaged from storms. It did take a while to schedule a day for repairs because they were so busy, and partly due to communication issue on our end. Nonetheless, they made up for the delay by repairing other parts of the roof at no extra cost. Beware! We had our roof replaced 1.5 years ago. We have had numerous leaks due to poor labor and improperly installed flashing! We are still waiting for them to fix it CORRECTLY again! Terrible customer service. They have gone downhill.
