I had roof and fence damage several months ago. After a couple of delays with the roof, it was finally repaired. The workers were phenomenal and got things done in a day. The fencing is another issue. My fence has been in shambles for months. At first, I was given dates they were to be here replacing the damaged panels, but those days came and went with nothing being done. I complained multiple times and kept being told they were working with insurance company to get approval for extra funds because the damage was underestimated and for the type of fence. So back to waiting. Days turned into weeks. I attempted again to communicate asking for updates and over a week later, I have not heard anything. This is the first time I have ever fired anyone for poor service. On a positive note, it seems my experience may be unique given their rating.

I spoke with a young lady named Destiny and she was so informative I had no questions for her at the end of the conversation. More companies should hire people like her and maybe they would be successful! I had a roof leak above my stepsons room and it was completed in the time frame I was told by her. I gave this company 5 stars but she was the real reason! Hands down best cyst service experience I’ve ever had! Chic-Fil-A has nothing on this company when it comes to treating their customers right!Service: Roof repair

I had some wind damage a couple weeks ago. Liam was in my neighborhood to tarp my neighbor's roof. He stopped by and offered to tarp mine for free the next day and write up an inspection report. While the tarp is holding up nicely, it's been two weeks and I still don't have the inspection report. I called a week ago and received two call backs from him and the Regional Director ensuring I'd have the report same day. "We're really busy right now," was the excuse. I guess they're busy enough they don't need my business or any future referrals.
