Have known Lee Hoagland for years and he has always given me roof checkups to keep us in good health. Last year's hail storm beat our roof up pretty good, and he helped us get insurance to cover the roof and gutter system. Everything is brand new with an OC Designer shingle and rock solid gutter system, and we're very happy we did business with him. I work in property management and I’m very selective about who works on my home. I met with Tatiana and Andy after meeting with 3 other companies and felt the most confident in them based on their experience as well as other customer reviews. Something that really stood out for me was they were very careful of not damaging my property and left it in the same condition as when they arrived. Got Lee Hoagland’s info from our neighbor. He had done their roof and gutters and we knew we had some issues with ours. Check out my new roof and fresh-air skylights! Lee Hoagland was my go-to for replacing skylights to get some airflow into my bonus room, and a week after they were installed, got hit with a hail storm. Big thanks to Lee Hoagland and his team. Our insurance company initially only covered us for half of our roof due to hail damage, and he saw it through to the end and got us a full roof and gutter system. Lee also noticed that an area had not been previously flashed properly, and made arrangements for his metal guy to come out and install counter flashing. Apparently it wasn’t done right the first time and he wasn’t about to leave it that way. Beyond that, everything looks wonderful and cleanup was superb. Very professional service and communication. I requested an estimate to fix any storm damage to our roof, as 2 other companies had told us that we needed to replace our roof due to the damage. Chris Morvai came, took pictures of the roof, and basically said that our roof was in excellent condition despite its age. Thank goodness for honesty! Our gutters are coming off the house, so we are having the company put new gutters in. These folks are honest and very professional, and I completely recommend them for anything roofing.

I have to share my great experience with Storm Guard Roofing.On Friday, March 3rd we had a severe thunderstorm move through our area. We, along with several neighbors had extensive roof damage.On Saturday morning I started calling roofing companies. Knowing it’s the weekend and no one is going to answer. I called three companies left voicemail for a callback on Monday.On my fourth call I called Storm Guard Roofing expecting to get another voicemail. To my surprise a “live” person answered the phone!!The representative was very professional and polite. He asked me a few questions and set the appointment. He immediately sent me an appointment confirmation along with a bio of the representative that would be working my claim.On Tuesday morning, I met with the representative Lee Hoagland.After talking to him for just a few minutes I knew I had made the right decision.Lee was the “Best” !!He was very professional and polite. He went on the roof to survey the damages and covered my roof to prevent further damage. He explained the process throughly. Storm Guard Roofing was highly recommended to us by some friends that had their roof replaced! John Fredriksen guided us through the insurance process which made the process less stressful! He was here every time the insurance sent out an inspector to report on the condition of our roof. John helped us make our roof and gutter selections! He brought samples and left them with us to let us think about our choices! The roofing team was awesome! They did a great job on replacing our roof and cleaning up after the job was done! Kevin Weasley came by and did a double check inspection to make sure everything was cleaned up. Brand new Owens Corning roof from Storm Guard!! We had shingles missing after the March hurricane winds. Lee Hoagland came out and determined what our insurance coverages were and met with our adjuster. He not only got us approved for a new roof, but all new roof sheathing because it was out of code! The roof looks great and no leaks!! So happy we called them. Amazing service and Lee was wonderful to work with. Would give 10 stars if I could. Lee was wonderful. Spent time in the attic and the roof tracking a leak. Found the issue we think and it was a weird shingle that took some investigating. Installed a moisture barrier to keep us dry until we need a roof. Very thorough and professional. Highly recommend!

Andy & John from Storm Guard came out the other day and did a Free Roof inspection on our house. They did so just to address concerns I had with another roofer's work after that roofer refused to fix remaining issues and damage their crew did during the installation. Storm Guard was very honest and unbiased in their assessment of the work the other contractor did. They didn't try to upsell me on a lot of unneeded and costly repairs. I will definitely be using this roofing company in the future and highly recommend them to others looking for integrity in a company!

James Freshwater and his team made a whole roof replacement a fast and painless process. James was very communicative and forthcoming which made the process easy and convenient. I was well informed going into the agreement so there were no surprises. When the crew arrived to do the work they were also careful to work considerstely and thoroughly. I dreaded working from home while they replaced my whole roof but they were so discreet and considerate that It barely disturbed me at all and after the work day was over they had already completed the work, cleaned up the mess, and left for the day. It was a great experience. I cannot recommend enough.
