We hired T4 Contractors to build a screened-in porch. We were very pleased with the entire experience, from designing and budget to demo and build, and finalizing touches. Charles did a great job keeping us up-to-date with the project plan and informed through the entire process. We've also used the team for gutter replacement and roof repairs. Their work is top-notch and Charles is knowledgeable and honest - two of the most important things to have in your contractor. We plan on using T4 for future projects like built-in cabinets and crawl space encapsulation. Highly recommend them!

T4 contractors has completed multiple projects for us. At our home, we have contracted with them for a roof repair, crawl space encapsulation, and a painting project. They have also completed painting and flooring renovations at my business. In addition, T4 has also done a complete remodel at two additional properties for us. There are several reasons that we have chosen T4 contractors for multiple projects. The owner, Charles, goes above and beyond in each project that his company completes. He is a super likable, down to earth guy and extremely honest. His team members are also very respectful and polite when they are helping him on the job. The quality of work is unmatched as Charles takes extreme pride in what he does, never cutting any corners. One thing that I love about T4 is that Charles is licensed to do multiple types of things, so it makes his company a one stop shop. It’s nice to use a company for multiple things instead of having to find multiple contractors. I always know when I use T4 Contractors that the project will be managed well and will be completed to the highest of standards. Honestly, I wouldn’t use anyone else!

I highly recommend T4 Contractors LLC for crawlspace repair. I needed help with my parents' house in the area and these guys were amazing!!! Charles used his specialized equipment to track temperature, humidity, GPP, and dew point in our crawlspace. This let him find where moisture was getting in and figure out how to stop it. We got to see the data improve throughout the repair, which made us confident my parents' crawlspace was fixed right.I appreciate T4's daily updates and consistent communication considering we did not live there. When an inspection revealed mold under our home Charles and his team were Lifesavers! They were able to see come take a look at our crawl space within 24 hours and got started on our job within the week. Charles made sure to explain what his team was doing and what the plan was every step of the way. I had complete confidence knowing that they were taking care of the problem. Our crawl space cleanup and complete encapsulation turned out great and their costs were lower than the other quote we got. We are so happy with the work they provided that we are getting them to come take a look at our new home to prevent mold in the future.
