I’m so impressed with the overall customer service of Three Stone Roofing. Each person we worked with in different phases of the process was kind, easy to work with, and made our roof replacement a breeze. They worked directly with our insurance provider to make the whole process seamless. The crew that came to our house on replacement day was incredible! They started around 6:30a and the whole thing was done by probably 4p. 5:30 if you include ALL cleanup and final details. We are beyond satisfied customers and highly recommend them!!! Plus the new roof looks great.

We could not have entrusted our home to a better company. We are so fortunate to have connected with them.What really stands out is how incredibly closely they worked with our insurance right from the initial quote, how well and constantly they communicated once they began the job, how neat and efficient they were – – You could not even tell they had been there, they picked up all nails, and everything around the outside of the home — and how careful they were afterwards to reinspect the job to make certain everything was done perfectly.Although it was bitter cold when they arrived the day after Christmas, they arrived before dawn, and did not hesitate to deal with unexpected repairs in a couple different places on our roof. Our home is 3400 ft.² with a detached garage that also required work to be done, bringing it up to well over 5000 ft.² They finished the job up in a little over a day – – and we were kept well informed every step along the way.It was not an easy job to do, either, as we have a very tall and steep roof. Not to mention the terribly cold weather conditions.Without hesitation, I highly recommend anyone needing roofing work to use Three Stone Roofing. They really are so professional and do an exceptional job. Could not be more pleased.

I would absolutely recommend Three Stone Roofing.I have had many construction projects done over my lifetime and the job performed start to finish was by far the best experience I have encountered.We have a 3800 square foot house and the crew showed up at 6am and at 4:30pm they had already left behind a finished brand new roof without a trace of evidence that they had been there.They used the best materials and added many upgrades all covered by our home owners policy, which they worked closely with through the entire seamless process. If comparing roofing companies, no need to look further.

Every person I contacted in this company are unusually pleasant, competent, and professional! My sales person , Jessica McElroy, did a great and thorough job of climbing onto my 38 ft roof and assessing the situation. She showed me what issues I did have, but concluded that I did not yet need a new roof! I used Three Stones Roofing for a full roof replacement after a bad hail storm earlier this year. Throughout the entire process I was thoroughly impressed. From the way the team prioritized getting initial documentation, helping us submit everything through insurance, being timely to replace the roof, getting all of the materials in timely, and even the clean up crew. And the actual roof is incredible! I would highly recommend this company for any roofing issues, and know that you will be well taken care of throughout the process (and they’re licensed!).

Ryan and his team were terrific! Navigating a roof replacement, especially with all the insurance challenges, is no joke. It was a great experience working with Three Stone Roofing when my house roof got replaced. They are well organized and the manager Tyler was present the whole day of the roof replacement and answered all my questions. They even did a quality check later to make sure everything looked good.
