Topdown Roofing just completed the replacement of roofing on my home and detached garage. They are a company committed to excellence and really do care about their customers. They have an efficient, well informed staff who are quick to respond to any questions or concerns. They are very customer oriented and want their clients to be happy with the manner in which the work is being done.They did such an awesome job on my roofing. All their work is done up to code as required by law...no shortcuts. It looks pristine and beautiful! After completion, they cleaned up thoroughly so no debris was left behind. Troy was working on a neighbor's roof removing an ice dam and I stopped and asked him if he had time to check mine when he was finished. He was awesome! It was already late afternoon but he was able to clear my roof even after dark. Thanks to him the leak was stopped before it could cause more damage. I would not hesitate to call them in the future!

Extremely professional and friendly team. We contacted them after strong winds damaged our roof, and they sent somebody very quickly to have a look and assess the situation. Scott was a pleasure to deal with, and gave clear instructions regarding the whole process. They made sure to urgently fix the main damages to the shingles in order to prevent leakage, assisted us with the insurance process since we are new to the US, and a few weeks later installed the new roof. Great job and attention to details, including picking up nails from the property and fixing any possible scratch to insect screens. I had roof damage from recent winds/storms that caused a hole in my roof, which I was unaware of until the ceiling in the bathroom collapsed. I was worried about upcoming rains and have zero experience with any roofing companies. I obtained three companies, one being Top Down roofing. The other two I knew of from relatives experience. I called initially to get a tarp over the hole. Top Down was the only one that could make it before the next storm to tarp the damage. I decided based on my discussions with Troy, the owner, that I should place my business with him. This was based on his diligence with assessing my roof (almost 30 years old), his knowledge and experience with the roofing business. Top down was very accessible to my questions as I navigated the process of my claim with my insurance company and honestly, that meant a lot to me. His team came out and placed a new roof on my house and it looks amazing. The job was completed in a day and the cleanup was amazing. Other than the beautiful roof, you couldn't tell that a small army had been on my property. I have had a laundry list of projects I need to do to my house such as siding, etc and discovered through this process that Top Down Roofing also performs these services. I am glad I found a company I can trust that I can attest to their work and honesty and have no qualms with recommending them. My whole experience with Top Down Roofing was incredible. They worked directly with my insurance company to make sure they covered replacement of my entire roof (instead of the half roof the insurance company wanted to cover). Every member of the Top Down team I worked with was so pleasant and professional and they completed my new roof in just half a day. It was pouring rain and my ceiling started to leak. I contacted TopDown Roofing and Troy said he could be out in 3 hours (this was a Sunday!) 45 minutes later he contacted me that he could be there in 10 and i was amazed. He very thoroughly assessed the issue, along with another I didn’t know about, and gave preventative suggestions. He will be the one to do the work for sure! They did a good job, but their communication needs work. I called a couple days after the storm damage. They came out & took pictures & texted them to me & said they’d send me a quote. I had to call them when I didn’t hear from them for weeks. I did give them the benefit of the doubt, knowing there were people who had way worse damage than me & were priority. Fast forward several more weeks (storm in April-it’s now July), they finally send me an agreement to sign, which I did, and they said I’d hear from them to set up the install. That was Thursday. Today is the Monday after. I get home from work, and the workers are here…? A van, 2 trucks, a dually, and a big storage trailer parked on the street, in my driveway, and ON MY LAWN.

We had a wet ceiling in our bathroom after plenty of ice and snow. We had Cory Caton come out. He came the same day I called the office and inspected our roof and attic. He found it wasn't a roof issue but a pipe in the attic had cracked. Cory reached out to Troy to see if it was something they could repair. Troy advised that since they did not specialize in plumbing they would prefer to leave that to someone else. Most companies seem to want to take as much money from you as possible... not this one! Not only did they come same day, but Cory was very descriptive of what he found, took plenty of pictures, and even went above and beyond and inspected our entire roof for any possible damage! We don't have a roofing company that we have considered OUR roofing company in the past but we do now! I won't call anyone else for our roofing needs! Thank you!!!

From the very first time Troy knocked on my door, I knew he’d be the person who would replace my roof!Initially, I didn’t have the money to replace my entire roof, so Troy climbed my roof and spotted thosemissing shingles and those shingles that were broken, and hammered them back into place...he tied-me -over until I could get money enough to fix my entire roof!A few short weeks later I called Troy to come out and give me an estimate. He was very prompt and did not keep me waiting. I thought that the price he quoted me was very fair, and so he began working my roof promptly. He replace my roof so quickly; he and his team were amazing! I was so, so very happy with their work!He used a better quality shingle than I actually paid for and he fixed a portion of my gutter that had pulled away from the house, until I could replace that too.I absolutely loved his work, and when I need him again, I will be calling!
