Yet again Indeed has advertisement for Administrative Assistant....not at all shocked that they still are unable to either fill the position once meeting the owner or most likely unable to keep them as an employee for any length of time once getting to know the owner.I have been with the same wonderful employer for over a year now and I could not be more certain that I dodged a huge bullet when this companies owner was mean, rude & condescending to me for absolutely no reason. My original post is below, read on......I am not surprised at all as to why this company has advertised for administrative position every month for the past year...the owner is a real piece of work. He is an arrogant, mean spirited, know-it-all jerk who belittles his employees & crews. He flagged me down as I dropped off my qualified resume in person only to be rude & condescending to the point I left the parking lot upset & very offended. I'm blessed to have avoided experiencing working for this very small man who has to berate others to feel superior. Sometimes NOT getting a job is the blessing. Thank you Lord.
