While customer service skills are vanishing from other companies, Wright Construction knocks it out of the park. Hands down, the best experience I've had with ANY construction company. Trevor is amazing. He is so on top of every detail, he goes above and beyond, and his communication skills are out of this world. I worked with Wright on a number of projects up and down the 75 corridor from Chattanooga to Atlanta. I originally only intended to award them 2 projects, but after watching their crew perform, I immediately went back to the negotiating table to sign them up on my entire portfolio of work. The approach to business is customer-centric. Rather then take a "we are not designers" or "cant fix anything without a change order" approach, they knew what the job needed, and prepared the proposal accordingly. I did not need to write any extras for work that was very evident at the time of bid. They saved me hundreds of thousands of dollars in potential changes if I would have used the low bid, but most importantly they saved me hours of headaches by diligently reviewing the contract documents, and providing input from the beginning to ensure we would be left with a property that was UFAS, OSHA, ADA, GADOT and DCA compliant. Wright Construction just completed the concrete work on a Home I just completed. They were Great to work with. The attention to detail was very good, they came when they said they would and offered suggestions that were very helpful to the project. My Driveway pour was difficult due to the slope of the property. They paid special attention to getting the drainage perfect. I am VERY happy and plan to use them again.

No response from anyone at this businessNot sure if they are open or just too busy.Have sent emails and left voicemails.If they can't do any work for you they could at least call you back or refer you to some other company.Note: I did get a call back today 8/17 from Brandon the Manager. website states they do residential but Brandon said otherwise their company only does commercial work. Sorry on my part. the other reviews stated they had work on residential homes. Very misleading!!! He referred me to Cox Concrete. will give 3 stars for my call back. He needs to take residential off website.

Wright Construction has helped me out on projects in Tennessee, North Carolina, and Missouri. The team they have put together is a great one with quality and affordable work. From concrete driveways, sidewalks, building slabs, foundations, dirt work, and asphalt work, there is not much this company cannot do. It's 1am and they are running a loud jackhammer in the back of my neighborhood. I approached the crew working and asked how long the construction was going to last. The individual I spoke with was incredibly disrespectful, ignored my question and kept asking for my personal phone number. Not ok.
