Do not buy any products from this place. The installer did a terrible job really uneven unlevel tried to leave all the trim off had stop payment four times to get it fixed really bad workmanship. They do not use a transit or line level to get anything even and level.

This is 3 rd building I have purchased. First 2 had their problems but nothing that wasn’t overcome. Mostly in scheduling. This last one price changed 3 times because salesman didn’t know what he was doing. He was new. There is a problem with the building and can’t get them here to fix it. Do not give this company your business. I ordered my car port on May 25th, 2018. I had to reach out them to remind them I had been waiting! They finally installed the car port on August 1st 2018. No discount offered. "We're really busy". Okay, I guess I can understand that. Three young men showed up to install the car port. They smoked and chewed tobacco as they installed it. I specifically asked them to be careful to not damage my car during the install. I told them it was my baby- a $43,000 2018 Camaro SS 1LE. My car was sitting under A SEPARATE CARPORT with a car cover on it about 10 feet away from where they were installing. They DENTED the hell out of my car and didn't say a word. I know it was them, because on Sunday, July 29th I washed the whole thing by hand and didn't see any body issues at all. I put it under the car port and put the cover on it. Also, The area the car was stored under had nothing that could hit it and cause damage. I didn't take the cover off until August 2nd at 5:45 pm. My wife noticed it as she got out. BOOM! We see a deep dent the size of a golf ball. The sad part is I didn't get any camera footage to be able to prove it. Oh well.

The people here are 2nd to none. I placed an order and they delivered and set up in 12 days. Also 1 1/2 years later I called to get additional parts put on and they replied in 2 days. Great company to deal with. I will continue to call them first for all my needs. AND I DO NOT LIVE IN JACKSON.

The front desk was awful, but the laborers were polite, had humor, and made me feel like I should have been there. This is where the three stars came into play. You have to be careful how you treat customers, because you never know who that person might be.

Horrible customer service. I sent a contractor to pick up roofing materials and the girl upfront was rude and hateful to him. They charge a surcharge on credit cards as well...We own west Tennessee Remodeling and will never use them. On a side note Reeds Metal in Jackson we're only a tad bit higher but no surcharge and very pleasant to our contractors. Go to Reeds instead.

I ordered paid a 120.00 deposit , promise delivery in 4/6 weeks. After that went by they blamed it on the welding shop with a promise of 2 weeks. After that went by they blamed it on the welding shop again and promise 2 more weeks. After that went by I decided to cancel , they said that's fine but you will not get your deposit back.they never started on it. So I wrote it up as a bad experience with a TERRIBLE company. Don't go here you may b sorry.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!! I'd give Zero stars if I could!I purchased a carport from Quality Outdoor Products in Kingsport on 8/31/2020, and HAVE STILL NOT RECIEVED IT as of 12/2/2020!! I purchased a carport with delivery and setup from Quality Outdoor Products (through Friendly Barns) at 2945 E Stone Dr. Kingsport TN on 8/31/2020. I paid $220 for delivery. I was called 3 days later to confirm the order and delivery address. They didn't call or show up. I have called and spoken with Shane EVERY WEEK since 10/21/2020 and each time its either a family sickness, rainy, supply delays, and "will be 3 more weeks". At one point, SHANE actually said, "It's too far for us to deliver. We'll lose money in gas. The dealer shouldn't have sold you delivery." Guess what Shane? THEY DID. And YOU called to confirm the address. I am sick of having to hunt you down like a dog to MAKE you DELIVER what I PAID FOR and what YOU AGREED TO DO. My invoice number is 18186, I have my copy of the contract and all times and dates I reached out. As well as all your "excuses" you gave as to why YOU HAVEN'T SHOWN UP. Check your BBB complaints!!

Only reason I gave 1 star is because there's no option for zero. In April I ordered a carport (thru timberline in Kingsport) and was told 12-14 weeks. It's now been about 6 months and I still don't have it and now I have no idea of when or if I'm ever going to get one. Timberline doesn't seem to care and this place just gives excuses and sob stories.My next door neighbor had their carport in less than 3 weeks and they went thru "the shed store" in church hill.

Terrible experience with this company. Bought a car port. Told me one price. Jacked it up when they installed it. It leaked after installation. Took two return visits and many phone calls over a two and a half month period and finally a meeting with the owner to get it fixed. A lot of lies. the whole deal was a mess. Will never do business here again.

Aug. 12 2019I ordered a carport and ordered 6 foot legs so they could be adjusted to allow for the ground grade where it was to be installed. The installer arrived and I mentioned the grade. He said he could adjust it. Upon completion, the whole building is leaning to the right. I ask about the lean, and the installer said he did all he could do. I ask about trimming the legs, and he said it was to late for that. I should have mentioned trimming the legs before the install. I ask about moving the right side outward so the legs could be straight up and down. He said he couldn't take out the anchors.A string level could have solved all this. It would have told him the legs would have needed to be trimmed.The installer is not trained properly, or he didn't want to do the job properly in the first place. He said it would have cost more for trimming the legs, and I said "I KNOW! Thats why I ordered 6 foot legs......."

Kept making appointments, but never showed with my carport I ordered in January. In May I canceled out of sheer frustration, and tried to retrieve my deposit from Big River Marine in West Memphis, Arkansas, who is one of their dealers, and he has refused to return my deposit. I filed a BBB complaint, should have checked them out first. Many more complaints of similar treatment.

I ordered a carport from these guys and was promised it would be out on a certain date and it was seven weeks after my promised date that they brought my carport our. And then it was the wrong building. i’ve been waiting on my building for 15 weeks total. I called Reed’s metals and they had it delivered in two weeks.

Stay away from them.They are not trustworthy and they do not listen/take care of the customer.I live in Nashville Tn and they sent guys from Alabama here(only a couple knew what they were doing and the others were being trained on site at my house.Because of all the training and loudness going on I stayed out of there way.They rushed and made me nervous not being professional like they publicize and at the end when they were done I was on the phone talking to my Oncologist and one of the guys handed me the receipt and told me to go ahead and pay because they were leaving.Si I contacted the company and got the run a round about the placement of my carport.They blocked our sidewalk totally and the carport is not even on each side of the building.After a month of getting the no answer etc they finally told me that this is not there problem that I told them to block my sidewalk no problem.Also the Manager is so rude(Brenda)in Alabama and not professional at all.So they are not fixing the issue just wanted money.Stay Far Away

I call them and ask them for a 2 and a 1/2 inch Pole 12' long when I picked up my order that was the wrong polls they were 2" I ask them to fix this they told me I would owe them more money I offered to split the cost but they did not want to help told me I was stuck with the Poles. Customer service was very bad when told when asked them to help with the cost they told me they don't remember the conversation and did not want to do anything to fix it

Poor place to work for. The welding manager is not professional and does not treat his employees with respect. Also the metal used for the outdoor building are rusted and overcharged. I would not do any business with this company.
