I did get very fast service in the beginning. I called to get a price quote to put up 2 wall heaters and run a natural gas line for both. The gentleman was very nice and he came out took pictures and was very pleasant. He stated that he would either get ahold of me that evening or the next day with a quote on how much it would be. So I called after the 2nd day and he was not in and left no quote and they woukd have him call me the next day. Still no one got back to me. I waited all weekend and then called Monday later in the evening. He was agin not there and he still left no quote of what it woukd cost to do the service. Now if asking if they are nice yes. The gentleman was very nice and so is the lady who answered my calls when I kept calling ro find out what was going on, but as for ever using their services or ever referring them to others no. I know I may have not been getting thousands of dollars in services done by them, but I still should have been a priority just like all the rest of their clients.

I called the office expecting to to wait a few days for someone to be able to come out. Within 2 hours they sent someone out.
