So I hired a tree service to take down a rotted tree. It was leaning toward my house/power lines/storm celler so I needed more than just a personal job. Long story short the idiots brought down right on the power lines ripping a whole in my wall, damaging my roof and obviously knocking out power. They were thankfully insured but ihad no clue what to do. I called maybe 10 companies before affordable construction. Second I dod they were walking me though sending em pictures of the damage any electrical items that might be damaged. Two hours later I had an electrician out working on getting at least power back up. I called ar 1130am they had me up and running by 7 which is amazing. Especially in rural Tennessee on a Friday. They felt with the insurance company, the permits finding the guys everything. Do we still have more to repair, yes. But based on my service so far it's going to be a breeze.

I will say they guys who came out was very professional and when I do talk to someone in the office they are also professional. They were also the only ones that would show up to do the estimate. They sent my insurance a vague estimate that was just a price with no itemized pricing. I’m hoping they get the estimate done soon so I can get my house fixed. I don’t know if the insurance is just being complicated or what. Hopefully when we send them the measurements we can get it done.

Affordable Construction has renovated our extended stay for the last year, and I have been pleased with the product that has been delivered. While going through the renovation there was never a time day or night the superintendent couldn’t be reached, he always did what he could to get problems resolved expeditiously and at a reasonable price. Through the renovation the superintendent also worked relentlessly to get all approvals and clarifications taken care of with the city. The office staff was wonderful as well and have been able to provide updates on what was going on on-site and made sure the entire contracted scope of work was fulfilled.It's been a long renovation with price fluctuations and labor conditions throwing hurdles at us from every direction and we couldn’t have gotten through it as smoothly without the efforts of the entire Affordable staff. I appreciate all their hard work and recommend them for any job you may have.

I called for a free estimate for some work I wanted to hire Affordable Construction to do. First I was told I would get a call back the next day. That didn’t happen. When they called 3 days later, the guy said he would come out on Thursday. He showed up spent 15 mins going over what I wanted done. That was good and all he said I will send you an email with the estimate tomorrow - I waited and waited - it didn’t come so I called the number again and the lady from the office said she would have it sent again I’m still waiting for the estimate and this all happen about a month ago. Very Disappointed

Affordable was the general contractor on a large motel renovation project for our company. I found their work to be above average in quality and at a good price. They also dealt professionally with all of the unknow issues that come up in the renovation of an older property.

I called for an estimate about 3 weeks ago the guy rescheduled on me 3 times...then he finally came out spent less than 5 minutes he said he would email me an estimate on Thursday, that was 2 weeks ago and still no estimate....I would rather spend more money for better service .

unlike other reviews say I’ve always had great response times with Affordable. They remodeled my house interior and it look awesome! Fantabulous job from them. I will definitely give a call next time I need them.

Took two weeks for a call back from one of their salesmen after talking to a women when u call the number on their trucks. After speaking to the salesman no one ever showed up or called us to say they couldnt make it. So we called him to see what happened now we have to wait anothet week for him to call us to set a time to come and look at what the job needs. Last chance.
