I just want to give a shout out to Best Choice Roofing. We were on the fence about who to go with when Greg showed up. He took us through the process of filling an insurance claim, while making it smooth and stress free. We had a new roof (Fantastic Workmanship) in about 2 weeks. What's even better is that the weather was supposed to be bad during the week of the install. Rather than postponing it, they fit us in sooner so as to not inconvenience us. The BCR rep, Justin Campbell, came out to my house to do a roof inspection. We asked for an estimate to replace the roof and he had it ready for us within a day. He was very polite and patient with us. He was very knowledgeable and also answered any questions we had. J Campbell sold us on using Best Choice roofing he was very honest about everything from the start My home was a very large job I didn’t want just anyone doing it. Justin brought in a crew that had my house completed in less than a week. Justin stayed with the crew made sure everything was right. I now have one of the best looking roofs in town. Great quality. Best Choice is great. Highly recommend this company out of Jackson Tennessee.

I have used Best Choice Roofing for both my personal residential house as well as my business now. Both times it was a great experience. Someone came out to do an initial inspection, contacted our insurance company and dealt with the adjuster for us, and then of course did an installation of a complete roof. When there were any delays (due to weather) they called and kept me updated on install date. Great experience, wonderful staff, and awesome work. Both times they got the job very quickly. House was completed in 1 day, business in 2. Highly recommend!!! When William Hungerford showed up at our door asking to inspect our roof, we were a bit skeptical. But, within minutes he found hail damage and promptly got on the phone with our insurance company to file a claim. 2-3 days later we were approved for a new roof and received a check. The installation crew were professional and had our new roof on in about 2 days. They spent alot of time on clean up and we couldn't even tell they had been there. Rarely calls back unless you complain to corporate. Messed up vinyl while fixing roof and took months for them to even contact insurance. Left a bunch of garbage and nails out after the job was complete. 1/10 don't recommend. Maybe other area's are better but Jackson BCR is bad.Service: Roof repair

Gets me how all the managers and ppl in office gets all the credit for the work when everyone should be leaving reviews about the actual roofers not the ppl in office that sits inside all day leave good reviews for the ppl that actually gets on top of our roofs and does the work I'm thanking those not the ones in office, and best choice company itself isn't all that great very hard people to reply on anything and can be very rude

We had a severe storm that brought a lot of hail with it. I did not know anything about Best Choice Roofing but had them come out to take a look at the possible hail damage. Dustin Rigsby showed up and from speaking with him on the phone and meeting him in person, he was extremely informative and helpful with the whole process. He went above and beyond to help me with my claims process, answer any questions, and said he would be here when the adjuster showed up no matter when he showed up. The adjuster called me out of the blue and said he would be at my house within an hour. I messaged Dustin and he dropped everything and came right over and went over everything with the adjuster and helped my situation tremendously. I would highly recommend asking for Dustin and using the company. Very up front, honest, and is a man of his word. First, the Best Choice inspector walked me through the insurance claim process and was on hand when the adjuster came to my home. Secondly, due to the lack of available standard shingles, a free upgrade was provided by Best Choice. The cleanup of the old roofing materials was much more complete than expected. I was satisfied with the completed job.

My grandmother is 91 years old and an adjuster came out and recommended she have this company replace the shingles on her house. They were very eager to get the insurance check- telling her they couldn't even get the supplies needed to begin until payment- what kind of legit business does that? Again, she is 91, and still believes people have decency in them, so without question she gave them the entire amount UP FRONT. So, they tore off, replaced, and then told her their trailer was full so they couldn't load and dispose of what they tore off.... DID I MENTION THAT SHE IS 91???? Not only does she not have a trailer, she has a drive about her and had I NOT questioned her about this,I'm certain she would have been out there picking them up and loading them in her wheelbarrow. She doesn't generally have anything negative to say about anyone EVER and she said "I wouldn't recommend em to anyone EVER". I don't even WANT you to come complete the job YOU WERE PAID FOR, because I have made arrangements for it to get done. I just don't know how you sleep well at night knowing how many people you guys are taking advantage of. Just know, THESE PEOPLE, are where you get your paycheck; especially if you have to get prepaid in order to even have the supplies. I've never in my life been so disgusted by a "legit company". There's no need to question why your company is NOT BBB approved.

Called them out for an estimate on 02/07/2020. The guy said he would email it to me on Monday 02/10/2020. Waited all day Monday and no email, called on Tuesday and receptionist said she would check into it and get back to me. Here it is Friday 02/14/2020 and still no email nor phone call. Tried to call and no answer. Evidentally they don't want the business.
