They were absolutely fantastic to work with! Our office building had a pipe burst in December and they were there right away to help clear everything out and assess what we needed to do to make it right. In 3 months, the entire work area looks amazing. It's a night and day difference between what we had before and now. Richard, Randy, and Shawn wanted to make sure we were happy with every decision before they implemented it, we had constant progress updates, as well as in-person walkthroughs on what was still needing to be done and what was completed. My 40 year old house here in Jackson was really starting to show some wear. After years of replacing rotting wood, I decided to have the original cypress siding removed and start from scratch using hardi board. I am pretty industrious, but this job was going to be too big for me. A friend suggested I contact Elite Contractors for the job. I was a little reluctant at first as I had never heard of them, but I contacted them anyway. Two representatives from Elite were here within a couple of days. To be honest, I was planning to get several bids for this project. But the reps won me over immediately. They were very friendly and courteous. They gave me several options and priced the job during that first visit. We agreed on the total price and the completion date that would coincide with our planned vacation. Actually, there was no need to worry with other bids, so I chose Elite for the job. The construction crew arrived within the appropriate time frame I was given up front. In addition to being friendly and respectful, they were the hardest workers I had ever seen. The job was completed the day before we were to leave for our vacation. Our house looks fantastic, actually brand new; all trim and siding cut, applied perfectly and given two coats of Sherwin Williams best exterior paint. During the project, a few changes were made to the original plan which saved me a little money. I am so glad I decided to go with Elite Contractors. I highly recommend these guys. Elite Contractors has been a complete blessing to us. First, we had our roof redone and it was done in a timely manner and it looks amazing! It was also upgraded. Then during the time they were finishing up on the roof our dog decided to bite a water hose. Levi Gray went above and beyond for us. In less than an hour he had a plumber out here to fix the pipe. A man here to get the water up AND fans and air purifiers running in no time. By the end, our floors our bathroom were completely redone. And even tho we had to go through so much over that time frame we love our home even more. Updating my original one star review simply because our technician was polite and obviously busy. However, I feel it is important to leave a review for other consumers to make a logical decision, especially when hiring a professional that will cost hundreds or thousands of dollars. My rating is not based on his performance, nor a completed job. This is merely based on my experience with trying to obtain an estimate. Both of my scheduled appointments resulted in a no call, no show. It was odd that I never received a confirmation or reminder after scheduling, so after the 1st missed appointment, I called in advance to confirm my 2nd appointment was valid. I was reassured that the date/time was accurate and that I would receive a call 15 minutes prior to technician arrival. That did not happen. After speaking to reception both times an appointment was missed, I was told there was nothing they could do to have a tech come out. They just advised I reschedule again. If I had not contacted our technician directly, or left my original review, we would not have heard back. Although the technician was very kind, he was clearly overwhelmed. I was contacted by a manager which attempted to be helpful and provide “tips” but only amplified my unwillingness to consider or recommend this company to any family/friend, along with other people in which I may come in contact. Word of mouth is a powerful tool. Instead of being helpful, his tone was condescending and what was said lacked compassion or understanding. He seemed defensive and irritated by my review which was honest but brief, and a result of my wasted time. Essentially I was told that we were “not a good fit” for their company due to our location and status. Our home is in Selmer which is less than an hour from this company, though this is apparently too far outside of their service area and there would be an “up charge” for any work performed. Keep in mind, they advertise servicing Selmer and this was also confirmed prior to scheduling my 1st appointment. Then he explained that they are primarily geared toward commercial jobs while he boasted about prior and current clients; name dropping, if you will. Again, all while they advertise their experience and servicing for residential jobs. I was spoken to as if I had no understanding regarding cost, even after I stated that we had already received another quote and I was well aware that this would be a large project. Their work with luxury homes in Jackson was also mentioned, along with the ample number of jobs and other priorities they have. I suppose they are just “too busy” to consider our home, which would have been nice if this were communicated weeks before when I had scheduled the first time. Organization and websites should probably be updated with this information, except all of this was later contradicted when he indicated they do a lot of roof repairs post weather damage while working with insurance companies. Even going as far as requesting our insurance carrier, then claiming they are “not good” (Allstate). I believe he was under the assumption that we lived in a poor community due to our location, continuously referencing luxury homes and “trying to help me understand” the magnitude of cost. I was more or less talked out of using this company during our conversation, which I am glad was the case. Little did he know, we have experience with construction and have lived in several states. We know many people in Jackson including business owners and investors. Also, we were paying cash to have this job completed. Seems “Elite” is a great part of their company name, as this would be their target audience unless they can benefit from gouging insurance carriers. Also, that manager is free to contact me again regarding my review but do not ask or hint that I remove this again. I refuse to be silenced and it is shameful that you feel other potential customers should not have the right to be informed. I noticed a few other poor reviews. Note that your “quality control” is not successful with arrogant behavior.Service: Remodeling

Elite contractor had one of their roofing team replace my roof. The roofers were really hard workers and did an excellent job. They ran short of shingles but was out the next morning finishing up the job. They left the yard clean and they even painted air vents coming out of roof to match up with the shingle color. I had ridge vents installed and they removed old attic fans and installed plywood to seal holes and shingle them.They actually did more than I expected, and couldn't ask for better roofers. Very professional.To add comments to previous review. I had new gutters installed and the crew that did my gutters did an excellent job. We knew at least on side of house would need Fascia board replaced, but found out there was another side needing replaced. The new board was install at no extra charge. My wife and I have been working with Elite Contractors LLC and their general contractor Richard Newman for almost a year now on a big multi-family project in the Jackson, TN area. We can tell you as a Company and as an individual they have been very responsive to everything that our project has needed and to what we have asked as owners. We were very pleased with our experience working with Elite Contractors. Our roof had hail damage and Randy worked diligently with us and our insurance company to have it repaired correctly. In addition to the roof, we also needed our gutters replaced. We decided to upgrade our ventilation and have them install ridge cap roof vents. They worked very quickly and had our roof replaced and new ridge caps installed in one day. Randy brought out samples of the shingles to make sure I would be satisfied with the end result the first time. Anytime I had a question or concern Randy would stop by and address it immediately. Customer Service with Elite was top priority. Elite Contractors was contacted about replacing our roof because of storm damage. A representative came by our house the same day to discuss the process and the products that they use. He came with samples for us to look at and when we were having a problem deciding what color of shingles to use, he gave us addresses of homes they put roofs on so we could drive by to see what they look like. He answered our concerns about the quality of the products used. He also gave us names of people we knew that replaced their roof, so we could check with them about their work. They started work on our roof in a week and completed the work in two days. They were very good about cleaning up the old shingles and they made sure I was pleased with their work. They even helped with my insurance company. I highly recommend them they for your project.

We had a problem with mold. Unknown to us, water was leaking from around a window. As soon as I discovered the mold, I called Elite. They were very responsive and quickly came to our house to assess the situation. The Elite team handled everything. They were so hands on when dealing with our insurance. They helped us get the problem completely fixed. The crew kept us informed the whole way, from demo to rebuilding to clean up. Couldn't have had a better experience!
