JMS is a great company to work with! I called to get an estimate for a new metal roof and they came in less than an hour. I received the estimate right away and it was the best estimate I got compared to other companies. JMS has already completed my roof while some other companies I contacted have yet to provide me an estimate. The JMS Roofing crew did an excellent job at installing the roof. They worked hard all day, even when the weather conditions were not favorable. Upon completion they cleaned up my yard very well. Overall the company did quality work, was very professional, and I highly recommend JMS!

updating this review to a 4, as Phillip worked hard to get our issues fixed. I am satisfied with the look of our roof now. . Updating review again, as i Just found an issue with roof repair, while clearing out gutters. Metal in the valley's aren't full length, so fall short of the gutters.

We are extremely pleased with the siding that we had done on our home.The work crew was neat and very hard workers. There was no sitting around waiting for someone to tell them what to do next. They picked up as they went along and left the worksite ready to start the next day.

Excellent company, very good prices and our roof was replaced 2 weeks after we got the quote. Roofing crew worked non stop, just a small break for lunch and back to work until dark. Everything was done in a day and a half (Saturday and Sunday). I definitely will recomend to family and friends.

We had windows purchased and installed through JMS. Some circumstances were out of their control, but after having an initial promise of 6-8 week delivery and installation, over three months later and we’ve just had our windows installed. I don’t think I would have been scheduled if I hadn’t repeatedly called.The work so far has been fine, but I’ve been disappointed by customer care and fulfillment.

Overall, awful experience, awful quality of work, and likely illegally done. We had to call multiple times to have them come out and finish their work. They even lied about doing work that was paid for. Another worker came and saw much work had not been done that was originally said to be done. Some of this was actually covered up vs. fixing the problem ( charged to replace parts of the wood trim.) They also rutted up the yard and left nails all in the yard. Literally cannot make this stuff up. Avoid at all costs. Please find someone else to do your work. I will be reporting them to them to the BBB as well and possibly hiring an attorney.

Searched for gutter fixer and this company came up. Our house was built 25 years ago and newly acquired by us. No trees are inside our yard yet our gutters are full. Asked them for covers on the gutters. Man came next day after my call and gave very high estimate. They contract out their gutter work and guys came but never finished. When I reported to JMS that work was not complete, foreman and guys returned to do super job of LEVELING, attaching, caulking, extending, and covering over 240’ of gutter. Thanks for job well done. At last someone who cares to do things right.

Had new gutters and leaf guards installed. First rain gutters leaked . After contacting them several times , someone was sent to “fix” them. Ha. This morning noticed they are still leaking . My husband contacted them and sent video. Said they’d send someone “ as soon as possible!!” Will give them a certain amount of time !!!

After a severe hail storm, I had an inspector/salesman come check out my roof. The interaction was positive, but he told me there wasn't any real damage. I still asked for some estimates and he not only didn't provide them, but wouldn't return calls or voicemails. I got a second opinion on the hail damage and found it was severe enough that my insurance is providing me with a new roof. Maybe they're a great company if you warrant their attention, but my interaction needed improvement.

Had a metal roof installed....installers were very unprofessional. Roof was wavy. Sent another person out to fix half the roof, then gutters were too low and water gets under roof. Owner said he would send gutter guys back out, never seen or heard from again. WOULD NOT GET THIS PLACE TO DO THE WORK AGAIN!! Problem from day one.
