I had a very long experience with TCR and not in a good way. Their subcontractors are great at tearing things out. That's about it. Every single thing they did had to be redone several times. They don't show up when they're supposed to. The project manager forgets about you and there are weeks without communication. It took over a year to get the project complete despite them saying they were done four months in. They say they have a one year warranty but it's pulling teeth to get them to come honor it. The person they put in charge of my project was fired twice, only did a couple other projects and screwed all those up too. None of which I knew at the time. But they kept sending him out to not fix things. I had to get the owner involved twice. The second time via reporting them to the state licensing board. Which finally got their attention. Once I did that they had a competent guy come and spend 5 days knocking everything out. They get a 2nd star simply because Doug the owner did step in and step up. But I won't hire them to do anything ever again. Most of their finished work looks like I did it in my spare time (I don't know what I'm doing) instead of them getting almost six figures from my insurance company. I'm not happy with the final result but did eventually get to a place where enough was OK enough to not want to deal with them anymore. But the paint runs, sloppy trim work, and screws sticking through my ceiling are not pleasant to look at.If you do hire them, interview the sub contractors before you let them do anything. Get and keep a detailed list of all promised work and doing daily quality inspections.In anticipation of their reply, yes I absolutely did say they didn't have to fix the stuff in the pictures. Not because it was good work but because it's not worth dealing with them anymore.

TCR did an excellent job on our guest bathroom. Check out the before and after pictures. We also used them to tear out old flooring and they went above and beyond when the job turned into a larger project than we all expected. They replaced several joists and added numerous jacks under the house to ensure the floors were level and steady.

John and the TCR crew showed up quickly after we discovered a pipe had busted. John kept us in the loop and gave us a detailed scheduled of how and when repairs would be taken care of. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and team to get our house put back together.

Work to be done on my elderly parents home. Can’t depend on them to be there when they say they will be there. Little to no communication from them. Needed whole house repairs due to water damage. Left their equipment for a month or more. Did come in and tear out one thing, left a mess and didn’t clean up. 80 year olds shouldn’t be left with the mess to clean up or trip over their equipment for weeks.

Worst experience ever. Mold is growing where they did repairs and my house smells like a sewer. They came back once and said it wasn't them. Do yourself a favor and call someone else. I would give 0 🌟

Horrible company wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. They put a metal roof in my house 4 years ago after my insurance company recommended them. My roof has never stopped leaking and this company will not return calls. I had them back out here twice after roof installation still never fixed the issue and then they stopped returning calls. THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!

I have had the opportunity to use Doug and his business associates in our eyecare business and in a hope addition...... the entire crew were extremely courteous to our staff, patients and now my family.... extremely neat... they start early and even work weekends and holidays....
