Tim and Jonathan were excellent. They came out looked at my roof after a hail storm and discovered I had some damage. They gave me an estimate and within a week or so had new roof installed. Looks great clean up was awesome didn’t find one nail or any pieces of old shingles in the yard. I would highly recommend them.

Professional, staff always seemed to be dedicated to and in the best interest of the client. Workmen, polite; very focused on their work. Old roof off and new roof completed in 2 days. Cleaned yard and removed all trash each day. Even blew out my gutters and blew off my porches and patio areas at the end of second day when job was completed. **I would not recommend this company.**My biggest issue with this company is the complete lack of communications. I was not informed that I had a new representative, not notified about the delivery of material, not notified when installers would start, was given 3 different dates and times for installers to arrive and each time they where a no show and I was not notified or given information as to why till I asked. I was told the first no show was delayed because they can't do the roof with rain forecasted since they believed it would be a two day install, which I can understand minus no communication. However, when they finally started work when rain was forecasted on day two and it did rain for a few hours but that was okay for this time but not last. Project took 5 days. Monday 12 hours of work, Tuesday 5 hours, Wednesday 12 hours, Thursday one guy showed up and did 2 hours of work, Friday again one guys showed up with about 5 hours till it was completed. Clean up was ok but still could have been better. After this review the company quickly responded and looked at my concerns. Without any notification the install showed up and completed the repairs. After concluding business I will say communications is still poor, however, positively speaking the representative is motivated and knowledgeable about the company and products plus offer a good warranty for the shingle type I purchased. Again despite communications issues with customers they did resolve my issues.Service: Roof installation

Tried to get them to come out about a job and kept getting told someone would come by. This went on for weeks. Every time we would inquire about it, we were told they would get in touch and follow up and never did. We thanked them for trying to help us and inquired again to only get a rude message that the guy was on spring break (first we heard of it) and that we needed to be patient and understand they were busy and go with someone else. It was rude and uncalled for and we can not recommend them for anything!

⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Rave⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️If anyone is needing to replace their roof you need to contact Titan Roofing. They scraped and put a new shingles on our roof in 1 day. Theses hardworking men started before 6 am and finished before 10 pm. Plus my yard is spotless with no remnants of them even being there.
