They forgot to install half of our gutter guard on the front of our house. Have been contacting them since mid-June (9 weeks now) to come out and finish the job we paid for. We either get no response or empty promises from the owner. Will be taking them to small claims court after yet another no-show/no-call to finish the job. Do not hire this company or trust this company’s owner. They do not appreciate they’re customers and do not care if they screw then over.Services: Gutter repairs, Gutter installation

Was hired to do a gutter job September 2023, i offered to give a deposit which the owner Robert Tapp refused, "said he trusted me", said the job was done on September 7th, 2023 and he was paid in full on the 8th. Excepted my money without batting an eye, i found out 2 days later, job was not finished, did not put in gutter extension or leaf guards, and Mr. Tapp the owner failed to finish job when asked, failed to show up to finish the job when he said he would ( according to the one message he did respond to, only after numerous calls and messages, which he said "were unnecessary" , no offer to pay back half of the $2140 for services not rendered, and ghosted calls and messages. So sad that i trusted him and he blatantly took advantage of that and shows no remorse. Thank you.

We met with Robert and agreed on a price for the job. We had several dates set with no shows. They finally came out and our gutter is falling down. Robert has told us several times they would come and fix it. A month later it is not fixed. Here is a picture of the rain coming outside our front door of the RV.Service: Gutter installation

Contacted Mr. Tapp regarding my need for replacement gutters on my home and the very next day he worked around my schedule to meet and assess my needs! He was prompt, professional and friendly. He took measurements and offered a price that was well within my budget and said that he could work me in. The very next day, he had his crew at my home to begin work (in the rain) and they were able to complete the job within several hours. They even put gutters on my RV overhang! The wreckage of my old gutters was nowhere to be found once they left. Except for shiny new gutters and a few old gutter clips, you couldn't tell they had been here. Excellent service! Put gutters on back of house snd when our front porch was done were supposed to finish the job. Made the mistake of paying him in advance. Will not answer calls and when our modular home salesman calls him he promises to show but has stood us up about 10 times with promises he will come. We are out $1,220. He has F rating on better business bureau when checked with numerous complaints! Ugh! Hope we do not have to take him to court!!Service: Gutter installation

Mr. Robert Tapp and his employees at ABC Roofing & Guttering Company were amazing to work with during our home repairs. I needed my guttering system completely redone with new downspouts. Mr. Tapp arrived to give the estimate exactly on time when he said he would. Even a few days later, Mr. Tapp kindly and quickly responded to any questions that I sent his way. ABC Roofing & Guttering Company were very professional while at my home on the job. They treated me with ultimate kindness and respect, and never once did I feel uncomfortable in anyway. I would gladly use them again for future work. The work performed was excellent and I highly recommend them. I am exceptionally pleased with their work on my guttering system!! We got a quote over a year ago for a gutter guard install. We had a couple of dates scheduled and cancelled. I have called them to follow up at least 6 times. Each call they have promised to follow up and suggested when they could fit us in. They have never stood by their word. Do not bother calling because it will result in nothing. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

We called and they said someone would come out the next day between 3 and 3:30. We wait. No one shows up. We call the day after and the lady profusely apologizes and says someone will show up between 10 and 10:30 the next day. We wait. No one shows up. We like to buy local, but we are done. If they can’t follow up after multiple attempts, God knows if they can gutter.

2-year warranty LOL is a joke Mr Tapp or his secretary will will not not contact you two days later. hangers not hung correctly or gutters to the end of the house inspection is a must before you cut the check!!!Service: Gutter installation
