My father. Had a roof by barrett in done on our family home 10 years ago. I know he had a hard time getting them out here to repair their own work. We lost dad 4 yrs ago and I recently had an estimate done on the roof and saw up close just what barrett roofing had done. Or what they didnt do. The roof by the 3 dormers on the front of the house is leaking. No flashing! Just loads of caulking. So as it turns out they never installed the roofing properly in the first place. Did they just try to wait it out knowing this customer would die soon and their problems would just disappear when the customer passed away? Well I'm here now and not going away anytime soon. It's not storm damage or anything natural. Its was a horrible installation job. I'm currently digging up paperwork including attempts to have them correct the situation. Maybe don dare or a govt agency specializing the elderly fraud can help with this. My advice is do not use barrett roofing. They arent fit enough to roof a dog house much less a family home.Services: Roof repair for storm & wind damage, Roof installation

Charge customers way to much because they have to make payments. Poor communication skills. Still waiting for original quote and someone to come out and repair roof that is bowed up in several places after a full replacement. $150 for 3 pieces of chip board is ridiculous.
