Byron Sanchez Contractors did Excellent work on my roofing and porch replacement projects in a timely, and organized manner, for a fair price, as quoted, and as scheduled. After weeks of searching and attempted negotiations with other roofing companies that; in all honesty, seemed to shy away from taking on the job of replacing my shingles, flashing, soffit, fascia (including any rotted wood underneath), and guttering on my steep pitched 3 storie high rooftop and replacing the framing and all roofing on my back porch as well (which I wanted done to repair my roof completely), I was referred to Byron; with high praise, from a friend. I am very happy with the work that Byron Sanchez Contractors performed on my home. Byron has a dedicated crew of knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous professionals who want and appreciate return business and are able to perform quality work with fair and honest pricing. They also picked up my yard after their work was done so that it was practically cleaner than before they started. This Man robs people he paid 3 workers 10 dollars to install 4 sheets of plywood on the roof can you imagine that's less than the law requires you to pay at minimum wage beware of this man he will charge you extra for material then keep it and sell it on the side to other roofing companies I have filed a police report against this business
