My husband and I would like to commend the Carefree Restoration teams for their excellent service. We had considered renovating a small older house that had been neglected, full of mildew and mold and was at the point of being nearly irreparable. We were overwhelmed at the prospect of doing it ourselves. Sam Aguilar and his team did an outstanding job decontaminating the interior of the structure and removing all the damaged walls, ceilings, floors, etc. It was a gargantuan task and required the disposal of a large amount of debris. They were efficient and professional in performing the job. They were kind enough to dispose of bulky and heavy appliances and furniture and were attentive to any questions or concerns we had. Sam and his team were courteous, professional, and punctual. The communication stream was exemplary. We also utilized their mitigation and decontamination services in a garage that had chronic water exposure and fungal growth. They literally go where angels fear to tread. We could not have done it without them. Thanks to the friendliness and professionalism of all the staff. Thanks to Parker for leading the on-site teams. We had a flood in our finished basement and garage after a water main ruptured in the street at the corner of our lot. The city would not take responsibility for cleanup.We called Carefree Restoration and Sam Aguilar and his team came that afternoon and started the water removal and drying process. After drying they meticulously packed our personal belongings that could be saved from the basement into boxes and labeled each box. They removed items that could not be saved and took contents that could be dried and cleaned such as area rugs as well as clothing. Sam was always positive, personable and prompt. He was accesible through the entire process communicating on a frequent basis. His team was very professional, polite and diligent. We would definitely recommend Sam Aguilar.Sam was not responsible for the reconstruction segment of Carefree. Due to scheduling delays and communication failure with the reconstruction team leader, we chose to use a different construction company.

We recently had sewage backup into our finished basement and no clue all that went into cleaning that up. Sam called me back immediately and had a team at our house within the hour! Sam went above and beyond to explain the situation to us and do what was necessary to keep us and our little one safe. He went out of his way to communicate with insurance and keep us in the loop. Derek, Ethan, Kyle and Fidel did all of the mitigation and demo work and you could not have asked for a more professional team. I had a lot of questions and they were happy to answer. I also loved the care they took to honor our privacy and communicate when they were coming and going. What might have been an otherwise extremely stressful situation was made incredibly easy and worry free because this team knows their stuff. I would recommend them over and over again! If we ever have a need like this in the future, we won't hesitate to call Carefree!

In May my kitchen flooded from a leak in the faucet supply line. I immediately called carefree restoration because I had to use them a few years prior for another water issue in the kitchen. Sam and his crew were excellent in removing everything and drying the water so that I would not have an issue with mold. Preparing to finalize my parents estate and removing all the stuff from the basement area, we discovered mold. Contacting CareFree to seek professional assistance, we met Sam,the Project Manager. He completed a visual inspection, documented all aspects of the problem and plan for restoration. The work crew, Parker and several others were able to complete the restoration process. We now have proper documentation and a full report of the work completed. Sam is definitely an asset to the company, he and his work crew certainly have the ability to “WOW” their customers.

WOW what an awesome crew !They were cheerful, helpful, polite & keep right on task ! They removed all the wet insulation in my crawl space, pulled up the linoleum, cut out parts of walls all affected by the leaking hot water heater.Fans & dehumidifiers a week + in kitchen, laundry room, master closet, master bath & 4 in the crawl space. We had squatters move in and they destroyed our house. They had ever 100 cats in the house and mold so thick you couldnt tell what the paint color was.It took hazmat suits to clean out that house. The cat pee alone would burn your lungs.I have never met such a hard working team. Sam went out of this way to help us and take care of all the insurance work. Our fridge waterline broke overnight and flooded our kitchen and lower level. I called Carefree and they were able to get here in less than 45 minutes. You hate to use these guys because it means something bad has happened to your home. The Thursday before Christmas, pipes froze at my girlfriends house and the main floor flooded. As a former client of theirs (two times) I called Carefree and within two hours they were at the house. The team was awesome led by Sam Aguilar. He was the head of the mitigation team and is truly fantastic. I mean that seriously. He kept us informed, was extremely professional and understanding. The whole team was very good too. After about 10 days of drying out the house we are on to phase 2. Restoration. When it is all finished, it will be like the water leak never happened. In fact it will be better than it was. I sure hope Sam stays on for a long time.

After we suffered some severe home damage from a broken pipe while we were gone on Christmas Day, we needed help. Sam Aguilar from Carefree came to our rescue. He was reassuring during a time when we needed reassurance. He is knowledgeable and professional and explained everything that was happening as the process went on. The crew that came to do the drying took away everything that was wet and damaged, including sheet rock, hard wood floors and carpet. They were efficient and friendly. Parker was also reassuring as he made sure everything got done. They also made it a point to clean up after a very messy job. We are still a long way from being back to normal with a lot of reconstruction ahead of us, but these guys got us started on the road to recovery.
