I had to replace all the windows in my house. The windows look fantastic! The salesperson, Jeff G., did an amazing job explaining Champion's value against other types of window and glass materials. Wonderful demonstration. The installation team were friendly and efficient. They kept to our schedule and did an amazing job. I love the new windows!!

Just ordered and bought new windows from Champion Windows. Champion sales person John provided the best customer service experience. I have learned so much about energy efficiency and construction needed for the best windows that I would not have known had I not been explained the importance of having really good windows. I have peace of mind knowing I have a lifetime warranty. I’m excited to see the changes of what I believe will be one of the best investment in my home.

had our install the other day .Conner and Kinsey were great. very professional friendly and efficient. there explanation of the install and addressed any of our concerns we had. 2 days ten windows and done. i was however surprised champion apparently does not have company issued vehicles for there employees? this benefit would help retain employees like kinsey and conner.

This review is of the sales call to our home yesterday by a representative of Champion Windows and Doors. Before the visit, we had done some research and reviews of several different brands of windows and installers. Champion seemed to have a majority of satisfied customers which is very important to us since we have now have very inferior windows and did not want to just replace those with another inferior product! Our salesperson Jeff Gregory spent a great deal of time understanding our concerns and introducing us to the Champion window brand. He had samples and did a couple of demonstrations to show how energy efficient their windows are. Since we live in the mountains of WNC, that is a priority for us. We were impressed with the whole visit with Jeff, and did order a whole house replacement package of beautiful triple pane windows!Today my husband spoke with another individual at the corporate level and he gained understanding how the ordering process starts the manufacturing process and that it will take 60+/- days for them to be delivered and the installation process can begin. Jeff also explained that. Some older reviews said that process was much longer, but ultimately some delays were caused by pandemic and other supply chain issues more common with doors than windows.All that being said we are going forward with our order, they will return early next week for the exact measurements and then we will be able to get the manufacturing process going. Thank you to Jeff from the Johnson City location for helping us learn and now appreciate the Champion windows we are looking forward to have installed and instantly add value to our mountain home.

The window crank was replaced today. It took three months to build the windows and for two bedroom windows to cost in excess of $10,000, I expected a quality product and working windows.

BUYERS BEWARE. Make sure you read EVERY DETAIL, do your research, and have your questions ready. We spent $22,000 on black windows, which are in fact only black on the outside and the track is still white, took an insane amount of time to arrive and special ordered a custom screen for one and never got it. The salesman Brandon called the installation supervisor in front of my husband and I to make sure this screen was ok to do, got the ok, and apparently it can’t be done. Communication with this company is a total joke. Only expect them to call when they are charging your account and scheduling the install. Kenny the installation supervisor doesn’t respond to emails for weeks and Susan in the office is ridiculously rude. Learn from me and RUN. If I could have selected no stars I would have.Service: Window installation
