I do not recommend this company. Tim was nice but a little slow, and I wondered if he knew what he was doing at times. I ended up canceling the service due to the cost (I was quoted the same service for over $200 cheaper). I went with the other company because they were more knowledgeable and friendlier. Plus I called in the middle of the night for 911 service and no one showed up until late in the afternoon the next day. I will not be calling them again unfortunately.

Chase and Brandon came out and installed a new pressure regulator. Had a small leak after initial install that they saw on their own and corrected immediately. Excellent experience with these guys. The Hep scheduling and system isn't the best for customer experience. But the people coming out to do the actual work are quite good.

Carter medley came out to work on my toilet today. He was very thorough. Very neat. Very clean very sociable and accommodating. He ran a camera down my line to see what was going on and recommended a whole house replacement of my pipes. I’m very appreciative of him taking the time to do that because I suspected that that’s what I needed to do. So if you’re asking me, Carter deserves a raise!

I called HEP when I returned from a trip and there was no water when I turned on any of the faucets. HEP sent Corey, who was great! He carefully investigated every possible issue and diagnosed a leak between the meter & house. Corey gave me a quote for a couple of options for repair & got the repair scheduled for the next day. Very reliable service.

Took care of the problem in a timely and effecient manner. Only had one small mishap with a really old and difficult septic tank but they took care of it immediately and on their own dime. Jordan was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Both Jordan and Brice did great work and tested everything thoroughly before packing things up. Would hire again

I called this place and told them I needed a tech to come out to my house cause my heatpump wasn't working. They scheduled an appointment for Fri after 330pm . I rushed home from work and sat there and waited till 5pm. I then text there dispatch an asked if they were still planning on coming. She said oh yeah we still have you on the schedule. They never showed up. No call ,no excuse, no nothing . I basically waisted a whole week on this place . I could of had another company scheduled for Saturday if it wasn't for them telling me there gonna be there.

Adam Foust and Josh Butler (electricians) did great. Not only worked on my exterior flood light on the second story, but even found a dangerous fire hazard and fixed it.They were professional and friendly. Definite 5 stars.

I was in a panic my 90-year-old mother was in the hospital. I came home and discovered a major leak on the outside faucet. Was costing us up to $200 in utilities that we didn’t know was happening. From the receptionist to Earnest were absolutely amazing at scheduling and getting out here. Earnest also found another opportunity that another plumber had completed a job incorrectly. He’ll be coming back out for that one. Get me some more guys like Earnest. He was absolutely amazing. Thank you guys, you are now on speed dial.

Our tech-Ernest-provided excellent service. He called us before the appointment to let us know he would be at our residence in about 30 minutes. And it was 30 minutes and he was here. He thoroughly diagnosed. the problem and let us know our options. Very professional and courteous. Received excellent service from him and the company.Adding Brandon as another tech who provided exceptional service. He just removed and installed a water heater and did the job efficiently and in a relative short amount of time. He answered all questions and was friendly, courteous,and professional.. We appreciate that he was able to complete the service on a Saturday

While the tech that came out was a super nice guy the quote he gave me for installing an electric water heater that I had already purchased was incredibly high.1186.00 for just the install!!!??It's 2 water lines and 2 electric lines!?!?Felt like I was being hustled...then I had to pay 68 bucks just for the guy coming out...Hep is on the way to take your money!
