Jose and his crew are hands down the best: reliable, knowledgeable, hardworking and a such pleasure to work with. We worked with Jose for more than a year building our forever home from scratch. My husband designed it, did all the dirt work and we had an owner builder construction loan - so it was quite the project for any builder to take on. Jose worked with us every step of the way, taking initiative to make suggestions for building and supplies and recommending for other professionals when needed. His crew was there early until late, weekdays and holidays. They worked on every part of our home: foundation, basement block, framing (they are the BEST framers!!!), windows, roof, drywall, painting, finishing, tile, electric, plumbing, septic... the list goes on. We did a finished basement, custom rock work, concrete steps. Plus, they did a beautiful job with our screened in deck, adding designs with the azec boards we hadn't thought of, after my husband told them to surprise us. I'm just so blown away by their operation. We're fortunate to have this company in our area and I know for sure, my family is so fortunate to have had Jose build our home. Above and beyond their expertise and hardworking, they are so friendly and family oriented. I absolutely recommend him and Marquez Construction for ANY project.

Awesome service!! Wonderful work!! Great people!! I would recommend them to anyone. If you want it done right, this is your guy. They did 2 complete bathtub rip out and re-do in 2 ½ days. So pleased with the job they did.

I am so happy that I found Jose when we were looking for someone to put an addition on our home. He is beyond talented, incredibly easy to work with, professional, responsive, on time--I could go on and on. He built an approx 700 sq ft addition which included a living room, a laundry room and an office, a 16*16 covered porch and a 12*16 deck on our home. It is absolutely beautiful and so well built. He turned our vision into reality. Jose does not cut corners and does things the right way. He and his crew always showed up when they said they would, worked hard while they were here and did a fabulous job. I also hired them to lay wood floors in our upstairs. I recommended them to my dad where they installed a metal roof on his house. I would not hesitate to hire him again and would recommend him in a heartbeat. I'd give them 10 stars if I could and I told Jose I am more than happy to serve as a reference.

We hired Marquez Construction to build a new porch, deck, and addition to our new home. Jose and his guys are very professional and got the job done in a timely manner, especially considering how busy the construction industry is right now. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with everything and I can't recommend them enough. We plan on building a second house on our property and will be using Marquez Construction again.

The workers were all very nice, considerate, neat & clean. They kept their cleanup pile over to itself. They were very patient in between all the mortar, stucco and brick veneer. We are very satisfied with their work and we will contact them again for any future repairs.

Jose and his team built a beautiful wooden fence with a gate for us, fixed a door making it plumb and level, and also applied trim to an unfinished room. They were fast and efficient. The first day, they came in, poured the concrete for our fence posts, and returned first thing in the morning. By 4 o’clock, everything was done and Mr. Marquez walked me through all of it making sure it was to my satisfaction. He was fully transparent with the material cost producing receipts. I would definitely recommend him and his company for just about anything construction related.

Marquez did a sunroom addition for me. Fair priced, workers showed up regularly and weren't drunk or high on the job, everything was cleaned up, and the job moved along well even with a couple of changes we made. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing construction work.

Jose, did a excellent job on my deck, roof,and soffit work. He also was excellent at keeping his mess picked up every day and always showed up when he said he would be there.Will definitely give him a call the next time I have a project. If you need framing, ,decking, or soffit work you want be disappointed with his work.

He set up an appointment to come give me an estimate on work being done to my home. I took off of work to meet with him. Never showed up, never called, never rescheduled. I didn't hear from him at all and still haven't. This was two weeks ago. Very rude and unprofessional service.
