We have used Ortiz Construction for many years now. We recently had a water leak in the kitchen that completely ruined the hard wood from 1952 when the house was originally built. We got our estimate and they started work 2 days later. I was nervous with it being so close to Christmas as I was afraid of running into other issues, you know how it goes with older homes. Omar and his team got in and knocked this job out just like he said with in three days, start to finish!! There was one spot on the floor that was ok however, I wasn’t completely thrilled about, but after expressing my concern, He promptly fixed it with no hesitation at all. We’ll definitely be using Ortiz Construction in the future for other known upcoming renovations (gotta continue to run this flooring throughout the rest the house) and also for all other unexpected upcoming renos. Installed doors and replaced brick around doors. I had hired another company and they didn’t finish . Luckily I found Omar and his team, they really went above and beyond to exceed my expectations. Highly recommend these guys! Already having them give me a bid for a new deck with roof. Can’t wait, thanks guys!!

Omar went above and beyond to try to accommodate our expectations. His crew demolished our aging 94-ft. driveway (which lined up against one side of our older home) and its apron. Then they poured a 4-in. thick driveway whose angle guides water away from the house’s foundation. (We are looking forward to no more water in the basement!) This guy is basically just a deck builder. He did build me a fairly nice looking deck but I would not hire him again. He installed 2 patio doors for me and one of them was put into the opening crooked. He nor his crew knew how to adjust the doors so they would open and close properly so I had to hire someone else for that and to put in some screws that had been left out

When a truck hit my home I couldn't get anyone to do repairs. I called Omar he came the same day for estimates and I had estimate by the end of the day. He began work within 2 weeks of signing agreement and doneexcellent job on repairs and keeping in touch about progress with supplies and repairs. Our experience with Ortiz Construction was wonderful. The owner, Omar Ortiz, was very responsive when we had a question and made sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. Our back patio was all brick and had to be demolished and completely redone with stone. We are talking about 1200 square feet and although it took a while the job was completed on time and we can highly recommend them. If were eBay we would give them 5 stars.
