Do not use this company. We hired them and from the get go got the runaround of when they would start our job and that the person we talked to originally left the company. They finally arrived 10 days ago to start the work and left 2 young men here. As of today they have worked 4 days and haven't even finished the windows. I was told by the office they don't work in the rain. The hammered by one window so hard they cracked the inside wall of my home. My husband spoke with the owner and he said he would send more people. Still waiting.Update:It has been a month the pictures below show some of what still needs done. The light on front has fallen off, they used 2 different kinds of siding, didn't finish under the back door and didn't put screws back in where the hose is. And we waited all day for them to come. We get a call at 3.30pm to tell us they have another new guy and he says he will be out next week. Don't give them the business.Update:They finally finished up today. They had to send someone from the North Carolina office to get the job cleaned up. Thank you Jody for coming and making sure everything got done. I am happy with the end results but not how long it took to get this job done.

We were lucky to get Billy and Chad to do a roof inspection the same day we called. This was on the last day of our inspection period while closing on a house. They were both very friendly and professional. They walked us through their findings and showed us images of issues they found. I really appreciated how they conducted themselves and their recommendations. They also let us know it would be important to get a masonry expert to fix some issues before we do anything roof-related. If we continue with this home, we will definitely consider Pisgah Roofing and Restoration for our new roof.

We had a great experience with Dakota. He came out on a Sunday to check our exterior and interior damage from a roof leak. He was honest, sincere and friendly. Dakota came out to give me a quote on replacing the roof on our sunroom and he was very nice, polite, courteous, and knowledgeable about his work. He also checked in our crawlspace to see if the spot in our LR ceiling was caused by a slow water leak. The price to replace our sunroom roof was a good and fair price. Would definitely recommend this guy and this company.

We had damage in three spots from the wind storm we had over the weekend. We called Pisgah Roofing, they responded immediately and came right out. Quoted us (very reasonable), and came the following day and repaired the roof. They were done in about 30 minutes. Very quick and a job well done. Once I heard back from my insurance, I reached out to Pisgah Roofing and was setup with Dom. Dom came to my house and was extremely helpful and professional. I needed a new roof and he had excellent recommendations and was very courteous to what I wanted throughout the whole process. It was Nice to see that Dom was on the one to return for final inspection to ensure the job was done to what we had discussed. I will 100% be using Pisgah for any future changes they can accommodate.

Dom gave a wonderful presentation on how the roof would be great, have this great transferrable warranty, etc. My quote of $13,598 turned into a total bill of $20,800. It is an older house and I questioned whether it would need boards down for this. He told me my roof felt "solid" and he thought I might only need a couple of boards if any at $120 each. 65 sheets is what my small not even 1,200 square foot house cost. I was SO in shock with the final bill. And now...we have a leak and I think we have from the start and I cannot get anyone from there on the phone. I had to call the warranty people. I would NOT recommend this company!!Update: I have spoken to a couple of people, Katie and Jack, since this review, but I feel like they are only saying what I want to hear. No one has come out to access the damage to my home. I have had 2 crews on the roof and 1 spackling the ceiling which did not fix the issue. Each crew is all Latino individuals with only 1 that speaks English. There is a language barrier and I do not know what has been done or what is going to be done. I have damage to my ceiling, walls, floor and whatever in the attic and walls that is not visible. I know our blown insulation will need replaced. I am NOT happy with using this company. I paid them to destroy my home.😡🤬Update: My home has been fixed. Brandon, 1 of the co-owners, has made sure this was taken care of. He is striving to get the communication between the business and customers to be exceptional. He gave me his personal cell phone # for any issues I may have during all this. It just took too long to get to this point. They are getting their issues resolved. Thank you Brandon for helping me SO with this!Service: Roof installation
