I can't say enough good things about Rainbow Tricities. In December 2022 our home flooded while we were out of town. There wasn't hardly a corner of the home that wasn't damaged in some way - many rooms were down to studs. So many people in the area had water damage from the freeze that we were #120 on one company's waiting list, and even though Rainbow was extremely busy, they still came out and would load more people onto our home as they could. I was extremely relieved when I learned that they also would manage the rebuild. Their PM even worked with our insurance company when I was struggling with them. We loved the crew from Rainbow - the quality is fantastic, communication great, and overall we could not have asked for a better outcome given what had happened. I can not say enough good things about Rainbow Restoration!!I had an issue with mold in a room of my condo (had testing done and results were incorrect) and had multiple conversation with other companies and ended the phone call feeling so defeated and worried about my living situation! We had an HVAC Unit fail in our attic. It flooded our master bedroom ruining the ceiling and soaking the hardwood floors. We thought the room would need to be completely redone. A friend recommended Rainbow International to us. They were at our home in twenty minutes. They found the problem, dried out the hardwood floors, and started remediation on the ceiling that day. It was a Sunday late evening. The best part was not just the clean up but they also filed a claim with the insurance for us and managed the restoration by coordinating the dry wall folks and painters. The whole process was easy and al I did was inspect the work and sign the insurance checks. I would highly recommend them.

Highly recommend! Water pipes in the basement burst due to the freezing temps on Christmas morning leaving the basement with significant standing water. Even with the holiday, Rainbow was quick to respond and speedy in assessing the damage and sending a crew to begin the process of drying out the basement and taking care of the demolition. I called Rainbow Restoration and they were able to make it to our office in less than 2 hours! Absolutely love Rainbow International! We had a leak from our washing machine on the second floor. Ruined the floor, the ceiling below, the carpet. It ruined a lot of stuff. Rainbow came in dried it out and cleaned it up even better than it was before! They were very professional and quick. Even our popcorn ceiling patch looks so awesome you can’t tell there was a giant hole in the ceiling. As a realtor I know how hard that is to do. I would recommend them to everyone. Very thankful that our insurance works with this company! We had a pipe bust and do some damage in our downstairs den. The walls, ceiling (lighting) and floors all had water damage. They were at our house within a few hours after making our claim with the insurance company. They started working the next day and didn’t stop until the job was done! They are reliable and show up as they say they will... They will keep you updated with the progress and respond back to any question you have right away.
