They're able to get most of the materials needed. Guys at the counter are laid back, but they get things done. Warehouse crew is efficient & loads most of the materials. I have no complaints!

My husband and I spent $2300.00 on new windows for our house . Upon unloading the windows we found that 3 were broken. We called Richards and told them. They said to bring them back and they’d fix the problem. We took them and left them because Richard wasn’t there and they said they’d get back to us . After several attempts at calling and getting those 3 windows replaced we have had absolutely no response. They always say we’ll get back with us and never do. Richard is never there, Randy can’t do anything without Richard And the other guy I think is Lonnie says he don’t know nothing and has to get one of the others to call us back and no one ever does. Last time I called Randy told me he’d call back in just a few minutes, supposedly going to find the windows that I returned and left there and never called back. I called and Loui answered and said that Richard and Randy both were gone on vacation and Richard would be back on Wednesday and he’d call me then... I’m still waiting for that call...over 6 months dealing with this.... Not Professional business operation at all. I just want my 3 windows... that’s all. Please. Today, October 3rd, we fineally got a call about our windows. They told my husband that they think we broke the windows by strapping them too tight. May I make it clear... we did not break the windows... and I don’t like it being made to look like we are lying about it. We have no reason to lie. The windows were broken when we got them. Then they said that if we’d come and pay for the new windows they ordered us that they would reimburse us IF the manufacturers reimbursed them.... no... not paying for windows twice. I don’t even have the broken windows. They do... I’ve never dealt with this kind of unprofessionalism before. I’m shocked to say the least. Will never do business here again and will not suggest this company to any of my acquaintances. Hope they enjoy the money I paid for windows I don’t have... that was inheritance money I got from my dad... wasted. Thanks.
