Five stars isn’t enough credit to give to Oscar and his crew. We had tree damage to our roof And after calling several other companies and being disappointed I found Oscar on google and decided to give him a call. It was after hours and he answered promptly. Oscar came out and gave us an estimate which was very fair. He spent more time on our roof measuring and taking pictures than anyone else. He made a very stressful situation easier for us. The amount of work he and his crew did in one day was amazing and the quality was just as impressive. I had several neighbors comment on how well and quick the house was fixed and some of my neighbors requested a quote from him. Oscar and his crew left everything neat and clean and better than before. Believe me when I say this, save your self some time and just call Saldana Roofing you won’t regret it.

Wow, I can't believe how impressed we are with Saldana Roofing! I contacted them, they responded and they kept in communication with me every other day or so until we could both find a date/time that worked for us both. And, they surprised us with how quickly they put us on their list. I don't think that it has even been a week since first contact and today the job was finished! They did genuinely nice work - sturdy, looks great.We will definitely be keeping their card and working with them again if the need arises (for this trip, we only needed a portion of our gutter repaired, an additional down spout added...). We recently experienced a leak in our roof in April and Oscar came out and gave us a quote with a free inspection which was from the beginning professional and thorough. Through us shopping around to weigh our options on roofing, he continued to answer our questions and work with us as we spent two months determining our best company. For a metal roof, he came in at nearly $2,000 cheaper than anyone else. Once we decided on Tuesday, 6/13/23, he ordered materials and in about 5 hours on Friday and 4 Saturday, his team completed a complete tear off, 2 sheets of OSB replacement needed, and a ventilation check and correction with opening soffitts and the ridge vent, they had my roof completed on 6/17/23. They were professional, cleaned up very well with no nails left behind, and leaf blowed the dirt off from around the house. Oscar was the last one to check everything over and ensure complete satisfaction. I will use them again and very pleased with their communication, efficiency, and professionalism along with competitive pricing. We had a couple small leaks in our roof after purchasing our home. Several companies came out to give us an estimate for a metal roof. Their quotes were higher than we hoped, and the wait time to get the work done was 6-8 weeks. We decided to contact David. He was prompt in coming out to inspect the roof, and he found several things that needed attention that the other companies did not mention. He was quick to get a quote to us, and it was much less than the others. Due to rain he and his crew were delayed a week, but as soon as we had 3 dry days in the forecast they were here and began work. The house had 2 layers of shingles that had to be removed, and there were multiple sheets of sheathing that needed to be replaced. They removed unneeded vents and installed a ridge vent which we did not have before. They did a fantastic job and the roof looks great. They are so thorough in the clean-up that you would not know they had been here. They are efficient, hard working, and very professional. He and his crew were very quick, courteous and responsive to my needs. They used good materials and allowed me to research the product by leaving me with the brochure. After the hail storm this past March we had to get a new roof. I called a local contractor who no showed twice. I then went to google and started looking at reviews. These guys honestly deserve way more than five stars. I called David early one morning to come fix a couple spots where shingles had fallen off, he said he would come by later that evening to look/fix. I had another contractor here a few weeks prior who said it would be a minimum of $550 for the fix then never got back with me. David came out later that evening, gave me a quote of $150 and fixed it that same day! Talk about service! He did an excellent job on the work as well. Do not hesitate to call them if you need anything roof related.
