The install crews were excellent. Jonathan Brown came out after the work was finished to inspect. He sat in my home and made sure that we were satisfied. Recently, high wind tilted an exhaust pipe and I was out of town. Jonathan came out personally corrected it. He followed up with text and photos to show that I didn’t have to worry. Our house is currently waiting a roof replacement with Storm Guard. During this waiting time we had some high winds, I called Johnathan and told him we had missing shinglesThe following day, he arrives with a big smile and positive attitude! He assessed the damaged/missing shingles and informed me on how he was going to repair it.He had all the equipment and materials needed to get it done ( there was no " I forgot something, I'll be back"). After a short time on the roof, the repairs were complete. As he left he assured me, if I needed anymore future repairs , he would be there for us.I would like to thank Johnathan for his positive attitude, professional knowledge, and treating my roof as if it was his own.I'm looking forward to Storm Guard removing my old and installing my new roof. We were approached by a Storm Guard rep after major hail storms came through. He was professional and seemed sincere. We felt good about it and went with StormGuard. No real positive experiences beyond this point. Our damage was in May 22 and our roof was replaced in Feb 23. We had to fight to get anything done. No one met with our inspector. The quality of our roof replacement was terrible. Doesn't even look like it has been replaced. We attempted to cancel our contract after the months long hassle. Storm guard wouldn't cancel but agreed to be completed by Jan 15th. They completed our roof on Feb 3rd. It has been a terrible experience and I would not recommend them to anyone. Mike showed up on time for roof inspection and was very professional. Inspected roof and was very honest. Didn't find anything except a leaky roof vent. Even gave me tips on how to repair myself. Don’t use this company! They seemed very reputable with a polished presentation, and were very responsive until we wrote them a $9,000 check. Then they just “disappeared”. It’s been over 6 months since we wrote the check and no action whatsoever. No responses to calls, texts, I called the main office in Arden, NC and while they assured me that they were a legitimate business and that I would hear back from them the next week. We never received a return call and nothing happened.I really believe that this company is just a front. I’ve informed our insurance agency and am following up with my lawyer. From the very first phone call, the first meeting Michael Austin was very professional, explained the process and how long it would take. When the crew showed up it was like watching magic - from the very first tear off of shingles to the final nail and clean up they were wonderful. The process was smooth and easy. One of the employees, Jimmy, stopped by my house offering a roof inspection. Although I was caught off guard he was professional and courteous so I told him he was more than welcome to check. He spent about 15 minutes and took pictures to show me the minor issues. He did not try to push any services on me which was greatly appreciated.

They are the worst company! They have no integrity and their representative Mike Austin lies all the time. They continually give excuses as to when they are going to start the work. When nothing gets done and you cancel, they want to charge you with a restocking fee even if there is nothing to restock. Nothing was even ordered. Don't use these guys, there are reputable companies out there that won't cheat you out of time and money.
